"Arrived on site to diagnose washing machine leaking water during cleaning cycles. Upon inspection, found heavy suds residue across the floor and inside the bottom of the washer. Ran diagnostic cycle and within minutes the unit produced an excessive amount of suds. Customer has a water softener, which is amplifying detergent foaming inside the machine. Advised the customer to discontinue use of oxy pods and switch to a measured liquid detergent, using reduced amounts until proper performance is achieved. Recommended running several empty cycles to clear existing suds buildup and adding a cup of vinegar to help disinfect and remove remaining residue. No mechanical failures or component issues were found; the unit is operating as designed. No parts installed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for unit not working properly. Upon arrival, checked error codes and found F7E4 basket engaging failure, F0E3 overload and F0E5 off balance. Cleared codes. Inspected underneath unit and found gearcase oil on the rotor cup and gearcase shaft had end play. Proceeded to replace W10734521 slider and W11449841 gearcase. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed . No water leaks detected at this time"
