"Arrived on site to test u it for F8E1 error, tested unit found that valves are activating properly but home water valves are stripped and do not turn off and on properly, during spin cycle found gear case grinding inspected under unit and found gear case leaking oil, worn out cam and belt, customer stated that unit is also extremely bouncy, inspected suspension and found that they have failed, got authorization to replace gear case, shift actuator, cam, belt and suspension, replaced all parts used from job 391282, noticed that all the holes on the basket wall are completely calcified, customer used pressure washer to remove most of it but advised customer to run 2-3 cleaning cycles with afresh to break up the calcium that is left, at this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected job complete"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling in RC tested unit found RC evaporator frozen over, last repair was mis diagnosed, defrosted and found cracked defrost thermistor on evaporator, replaced evap fan harness with thermistors, control and UI to fix defrost issue, found that the damper is extremely rusted and split, if cooling is effected again then will need to replace damper, at this time unit is running as designed, job complete"
