On arrival verified complaint of unit not responsive. Replaced main control and latch per previous diag. Strike was good. Ran diag cycle and found all components are now operational. Visual inspection found no issues. Job complete installed control W11603810 and latch w11307244

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was locked and not starting. Found unit had proper voltage and polarity, but control was dead and unresponsive. Had to break latch to open lid and get engineering digit. Ordering control, and latch to resolve and find cause of failure. "On arrival verified complaint of not completing cycle, noise, replaced inner and outer basket and completed repair per previous diag. Unable to run full test cycle as customer does not have water currently to the house, ran spin test and verified function, unit is working correctly, job complete installed w10512164 outer and w10811960 inner basket no leaks detected during service."

"On arrival verified complaint of leaking and seized gearcase. Attempted to replace gearcase and found it seized to the inner basket. Unable to remove despite sledge and spray. Spoke to CS. Ordering inner and outer baskets. Clutch, slider, gearcase, rotor, stator, Washplate, Washplate bolt, and Spanner are all inside the machine as they were all opened during repair, will need to replace them all on return. Installed w10734521, w10754448, w10915700, w10915701, w11393685, w10902814, w10752187. Office to reschedule ordering w10811960 and w10512164; ordrng 1 W10811960 (inner basket) and 1 W10512164 (Outer basket)"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer lid locked and not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the lid up and no water in the tub. Customer advised they started a load and the lid locked immediately and wouldnt open. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. Customer advised they found an oil like substance at the bottom of the front panel/floor and wiped it up. I tilted the unit back and found belt dust on the shield. I removed the shield and pulley and found found a small amount of oil on the underside of the pulley. I removed the actuator and cam and found more oil in the cam assembly and on the gearcase spindle. I am ordering the gearcase, cam and belt and scheduled return service for 05/07/24. Returning tech to replace the gearcase, cam and belt and calibrate before testing. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11454741 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Cam assembly) and 1 WPW10006384 (Belt)"
