"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not turning on. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the control panel failed to respond. When I checked to see if the unit was plugged in, I found a junction box with a switch in the off position. Turned the switch on and the unit powered on. Tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-no heat. I cleared the code and continued with testing and unit operated as designed. While testing, I checked the amp draw to the element with my multimeter and found the element getting 7-9amps during the wash and drying cycles of diagnostics which is within range of specifications. At the end of testing, I demonstrated to the customer that the element is working by pouring water into the element and it sizzled and steam was made. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. I advised the customer that due to the design of the unit, there will always be some water within the unit after a cycle is completed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam & belt and calibrated the unit. Arrived onsite for oven with no function. Upon arrival I noticed the oven didn't have power at all. I found the breaker tripped. I flipped the breaker on and tested the machine. The unit tripped about 15 seconds in the bake cycle. I went to turn the breaker on again and it tripped immediately. I found wiring to be good on the oven. I found a loose ground wire but was still tripping after securing. I suspect the breaker has gone bad. I advised the customer to have the builder change it out and if it's still tripping to have us come back out. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not completing cycles. Upon arrival I found a F4E3 Wash motor failure present. I ran a diagnostic cycle and heard the wash motor trying to start but just clicking. I replaced the pump and motor and tested the unit. The unit is now completing cycles as designed. No other error codes present at time of service. No water leaks present at time of service.
