"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Upon arrival customer stated RC began to lose temp and now FC does not freeze food. Tested unit, RC is at room temp and FC is at 40?. Inspected evaporator and found coil encased in ice due to a defrost system failure. Recommend replacing defrost heater, control and evap fan motor. Customer will unplug and manually defrost unit 24 hours before service. Ordering parts, no parts installed, rescheduled for 05/22. ; ordrng 1 WP2323198 (Defrost heater) and 1 W11545823 (Harness)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose a gas smell coming from the unit when the oven is in use. Removed the bake cover to inspect the bake burner. Turned the oven on and set it to preheat at 350?F. Observed that only half of the burner ignited immediately, while the other half took approximately 5 seconds to ignite. Adjusted the choke on the bake burner and tested the oven again. Upon preheating to 350?F, the bake burner ignited fully and evenly without delay. No gas smell was detected during or after the preheat cycle.Job complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose unit not washing. Tested the unit and found it was filling with water but not circulating. Verified correct voltage was present at the motor, but the motor was not operating. Replaced sump and motor assembly. Tested the unit after repair unit is now working as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for squeak sound.Upon arrival customer stated unit starts to make a scratching sound after a few minutes of running. Started a cycle, was able to mimic high pitch scratching noise. Was able to pinpoint noise to the bottom left roller bearing. Replaced both bearings, pulley and belt using a repair kit (4392065) and tested unit, after 10 minutes of running the sound did not come back. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."
