Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator JBZFL30IGX10 ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the freezer and found it at -1 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and found it does not harvest. I gained access to the ice maker and verified that it was plugged in. I retested and it continued to fail. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and it harvested as designed. I tested the fill tube in test 97 and could hear the valve energizing, but no water dispensed. I removed the UI panel to gain access to the fill tube and retested the fill and tested DC voltage to the heater and found 12VDC. I ohmed both heaters and both were within ohms range (18-20). The customer advised that they dont remember the last time the water filter was replaced. I recommended they replace the filter and the ice maker will operate properly. I advised the ice maker isnt getting any water due to the filter being bad. Other than the ice maker not getting water due to a failed filter, the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11646196

Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW5105HW0 not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the unit full of water and removed it using my shop vac. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-drain pump failure. I cleared the code and manually tested the drain pump and could hear the pump turned on, but no water is being drained. I tilted the unit back and gained access to the drain pump and removed it. I found that the empeller was broken off of the shaft. I replaced the drain pump and verified the drain hoses were secured and dry. I placed the unit in diagnostics and calibrated the unit then retested in diagnostics. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed W11396717

Arrived on site to inspect cooktop model KCIG556JBL02 tripping the circuit breaker immediately. Upon further inspection I followed service pointer W11795429. I flipped the middle IPC2 connector by 180 degrees and retested the unit and it is now operating as designed. I left the circuit breaker off since the junction box plate did not match the box. I informed the builder. No one on site to sign

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Upon arrival, I tested the unit and could hear it making a thumping noise. The noise appears to be coming from the right rear side of the drum at the right rear roller area. I disassembled the unit and inspected the drum and found the seam of the drum not flush. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the drum, along with the rollers and reassembled and tested. The unit is operating as designed and no abnormal noises. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon further inspection, I inspected the main control and found it had shorted out where the power cord plugs into the board. I removed and replaced the main conteol and inverter board and tested the unit. Once the unit came out of defrost mode, the condenser fan and evap fans came on. I found the compressor was on and I could hear what sounded like liquid splashing or sporting. After approximately thirty minutes, the unit had not cooled. I unplugged the unit andmallowed it to equalize and placed my gauges on the previous sealed system repair and equalized pressures were at 4/0. I plugged the unit in and pressures did not change telling me there is a leak in the system. I spoke to PR regarding my findings and we researched the evaporator and found its not available. I advised my customer of the situation and advised that the unit cannot be repaired without the evaporator. I removed the controls and put the originals back in and left the unit unplugged for safety. Job completed.
