"Arrived on site to install previously diagnose parts. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry, I found the unit on level. I just need the feet on the washer to level it out and ran the unit through testing. I did not find a unit going off balance, but instead was making a rather weird ticking sound. I checked underneath and make sure the beam connections were tight. Did not see any Addmore abnormality with the rotor, stater, or slider. I did not find any evidence of an oil leak from the gearcase. And I ran through various testing and finally confirmed the issue was with the gearcase. I went to remove the agitator, and the agitator would not come off. I attempted several tricks to get the agitator to come off and eventually had to break the agitator off. I replaced the gearcase and agitator and reassembled the unit. Ran the unit through diagnostics that noise that had been previously there have been resolved. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W10902814 and W11449841."

Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not liking the lead. Inspected unit and work area. I found the strike broken upon entry and replace the strike. Around the unit through diagnostics and found the unit working an operating as designed. Call complete. W11457841.

On arrival verified complaint of bad board.s installed ui and main from previous diag. Unit now heats correctly and warming burner now works. Job complete installed wpw10333979 and wpw10353571

On arrival verified complaint of not starting cycle. Replaced latch and same issue. Ran cycle and f6e1 came back up. Replaced mcu and unit now starts cycle. Unit is now functioning correctly. Job complete no leaks detected during service. Replaced wpw10306374 and wpw10374126
