On arrival I heard nosies i looked under product and removed cover and found splutch assm was defective I replaced actuator, belt and splutch assm. I calibrated and tested in customer mode product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply."

On arrival verified complaint of unit making noise. During ice maker harvest customer says it makes a loud noise. Ran ice maker harvest and confirmed ice maker fill tube is leaking down back wall. Ice has built up and is hitting evap fan blade. See quick pics. Removed ice and installed fill tube extension. Sealed with silicone under fill tube. Advised customer to wait 24 hrs for silicone to cure before turning on ice maker. Job complete installed wpw10496649

"WMH31017HZ3 Arrived on site for a otr microwave with no power. On arrival I verified the issue i checked the fuse and sure enough it was blown. I wasn't sent with a fuse I ordered part. I tested the door switches they were reading good . I checked capacitor it was giving off continuity. I ordered capacitor, diode,mag,fuse, and thermistor. Returning parts just in case needed. I rescheduled client for 3/11/25; ordrng 1 W10850446 (Capacitor) and 1 W11256462 (Diode) and 1 W10754299 (Mag) and 1 W11707984 (Fuse) and 1 W10832024 (Thermistor)"

WDP540HAMZ4 Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. On arrival client said water would be at the bottom after cycle is done. I ran diagnostic no error codes I noticed drain hose from dishwasher wasn't arched the way it suppose to i adjusted drain hose and zip tied and ran a test mode. Product completed cycle drain all water out of tub. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply. No parts used.
