"On arrival verified complaint of unit spinning loudly. Attempted repair today and agitator bolt was seized. Used impacts, penetrating spray,sledge and breaker bar and unable to break free after an hour of attempting to. Unable to use the Washplate tool from GC or the Sledge pipe tool as they didnt work for this situation. Spoke to SW ordering outer basket and agitator and bolt, will need new authorization before continuing repair. Ordering 1x W11550891 agitator, 1x W10752187 agitator bolt, 1x outer tub W10704196 , Office to Resch.; ordrng 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W10752187 (Agitator bolt) and 1 W10704196 (Outer tub)"

"On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage. Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight (no twists in power cord or twists in power cord removed). Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in diag test activation then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element w11182108 and broil element w10856603"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not dispensing water. Diagnostics showed both water valves work as designed. Water lines were not plugged after unplugging line to water reservoir noticed the water reservoir had frozen over but temps in fc and rc were 39/-5. ordering part# w10801011 reservoir, w11087463 damper, WPW10384183 thermistors(2x).rescheduled customer for 09/09/24; ordrng 1 W10801011 (Water reservoir) and 1 w10801011 (Res) and 1 w11087463 (Damper) and 2 WPW10384183 (Thermistor)s"
