"Arrived on site for washer moving worund laundry room and not staying balanced during spin.customer stated unit had failed 3 days after previous repair. On arrival confirmed failure with a load of towels in spin tests. Found dampeners in the front were weka and tub wobbled badly. Spoke with techline Sr#7740664370 and went through further checks on the tub and found a bend in the drive shaft. Techline recommends replacing W11316766 dampeners, w11314361 rotor, W11460604 tubs. Offcie tor rescheduled onc3 avai5of par5s and 2man rebuild is known. ; ordrng 4 W11316766 (Dampeners)s and 1 w11314361 (Rotor) and 1 W11460604 (Tub)"

F8E1 WFW5620HW2 Arrived on site for a washer with washing issues. On arrival client said clothes were still coming out wet. Ran diagnostics found error code F8E1 replaced both valves cold and hot ran another test product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from watersupply.

WFW5605MC1 Arrived on site from previous visit to install parts. Arrieved before second tech for two man job replaced shocks when second tech arrived and he noticed drain hose was twisted. Delivery team installed incorrect I missed the issue uploaded photos before and after . Tested with weights product spins with no vibration no shaking at all we leveled it as well. No water leaks visible from watersupply..
