Arrived on site for dishwasher not starting. On arrival found start button fully unresponsive but entered diagnostics and found f2e1. Replaced control w11637583 and tested unit. Found no leaks and dishwasher working as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for washer not completing cycles, on arrival found f8e1 in diagnostics and found cold side valve had failed and not opening during rinse for unit to finish cycle. Replaced valve w11513255 and tested unit, found no leaks and washer working as designed. Call complete"

On arrival verified complaint of door not always opening. Visual inspecting found mounting screws have to big of a head and are catching on the door. Removed screws and found door now opens correctly. Job complete no parts installed.

"Arrived on site for unit not cooling. On arrival found. Temps actual at 6/38 degrees in both compartments when set to -2/38. Found. The following results for thermistors. RC P5-1&2: 7.47k(38), FC p5-3&4: 19.5k(5), IM p8-1&2: 7.9k(36), RC p8-3&4: 8.47k(34). During tests when I opened doors and inspected evap coils I found entire unit shut down but breaker never tripped found a dc voltage issue inside unit and it will need all parts sent for repairs as well as the following parts ordered to fix issue: ordering W11452196 motor evaporator fc, W11087438 evaporator rc, W10830278 contrl elec, W10830288 power supply, W10846539 ice box fan, W11683243 led kit.
