Arrived on site install previously diagnosed and order part. I replaced the the filter housing and tested with filter and found the same results. I gained access to the valves and they measured on spec however I suspected that they were not opening all the way resulting in the dispensing issue. I replaced both valves and the problem still persisted. I informed the customer that the filter is in fact defective and is causing the issue. I advised the customer to replace the filter. Upon further inspection, I spoke to he customer and was informed that the builder supplied a new filter from the store and it still failed to operated I am ordering the filter housing to resolve the issue. Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW6200KW5 lid not locking. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. When the unit got to the agitation test, the lid lock began to click and not able to lock the lid. I inspected the lock and found it broken; therefore, I removed and replaced the lid lock assembly and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site to inspect ice machine KUID508HPS02 not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned on and the power indicator flashing. I turned the unit off and back on and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. The unit is operating as designed as far as the ice making process. The power indicator flashing is telling me the bin thermistor is bad. I ohmed the thermistor and found it open. I removed and replaced the thermistor and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WPW10511923

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KBSD702MPS00 ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin empty and the ice maker tray dry. I rotated the ice maker tines to the 12 oclock position and closed the FC door. I could hear the ice maker harvesting and at the end, I never heard it call for water. I tested the water dispenser and it dispensed water as designed. When I gained access to the dual valve, at the bottom of the unit, I found the valve to the ice maker fill tube was disconnected. I reseated the connection and retested the ice maker and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No one on site to sign for the receipt/vacant new build.

I verified proper voltage to the motor however the motor was not running due to becoming seized. I replaced the motor and sump assembly.
