Gate #0606. Arrived on site for unit not making ice. Bucket is full. Customer says door was damaged be used last tech didnt level it. Removed from wall. Found floor is not leveled. Icemachine not set up to be pushed back all the way. Must leave door section out. Replaced external pump. Verified operation. Ordering door. Arrived onsite for an ice machine that is not producing ice. I found the ice machine not responding on arrival and completely dead. I found the auxiliary drain pump causing the issue. I was able to shake the pump and make it work. The customer stated that it has done this more than once and it continues to just power off and then starts back up on its own. The customer had two 1/4 head screws on the counter that she stated came out of the machine. They were not from the front of the machine and I explained when we pull the machine we would check the back to see where they came from. The call was an add on and the pump has already been ordered. Arrived on site for dryer not turning on. Removed panel. confirmed green blinking light. Confirmed 125 v coming in with good neutral and ground. Voltage at outlet is good. Not sending info to console. Replaced main control. Reassembled and verified operation. Dryer working as designed. Instructed customer vent must be cleaned as air flow is heavily restricted. Call complete.
