Before arrival i called techline for assistance. Created ticket # 21912812. Arrived on site Perform water test on dispenser door. Dispenser door held water. Per GC Inspect ice chute inside door. Found possible air gaps. Used silicon to seal gaps. Advised customer of findings. Call complete

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model KRFF507HPS02 not producing ice. Upon further inspection I gained access to the ice make and found that the fill tube had frozen due to the connector for the fill tube heater being disconnected. I verified proper operating of the heater. I thawed the fill tube and reconnected the connections and reassembled the machines and tested. The unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the door kit and the optics WPW10546285 W11629974 and attempted to test the ice maker however the ice maker motor would not turn and could not do a test harvest. Ice maker that was installed previously is defective. I am ordering an ice maker W11735839. I am scheduling for 11/17. No water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11735839 (Ice maker)

Arrived on site for refrigerator icemaker only giving crushed ice. Found the ice in the bin is clumped together . Evidence of leak from icemaker. Replaced icemaker. Verified operation. Found ice bin is seperati of and will need to be replaced. Did not see light coming through dispenser. Ordering new bin. Customer also said the drawer is broken in fridge door.
