Arrived on site for a refrigerator model MRSF6636RZ00 that is not dispensing ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that whenever they tried to dispense ice that it will open the door flap for the ice chute, but the motor wont turn on. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I checked the door switch and tested the ice dispenser while holding the door switch. I found ice begin to dispense. I checked the contact with the switch and the door and found little connection. I adjusted the inner door cover to make a better connection with the door switch and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a refrigerator model WRS325SDHZ08. Inspected unit and work area. I cut the capillary tube at the dryer and found oil spray out of both the dryer and the capillary tube for over an hour. After taking several videos and photos, I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Kurt SR# 22662772. He advised that based on the videos and photos, the whole sealed system was saturated with oil and would be impossible to clear out, making it non-repairable. He advised me to let the customer know that Whirlpool would be in contact with the customer within the next week for an exchange. He advised me to make no further repair at this time. I cleaned up all oil spilled on the floor and found no water leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRS325SDHZ08 that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they are in the final stages of this new build and they noticed during their last walk through that the refrigerator was not cooling. He said this had been plugged in for a while before but he never checked. He said he tried checking the capacitor and found it was fine. He didn't want to go any further. I found all fans running but the compressor wouldn't try to start. I gained access to the compressor and found it cold to touch, indicating the unit wasn't even trying to cool. I went through my tech sheet and found it was powered the the main control. I replaced the main control W11558182 and tested the unit. I still found the start device wouldn't start. I went ahead and replaced the UI control W11518204 and tested it again. I still found the machine would activate everything else but the compressor. I replaced the start device W11547180 and tested the unit. I found the compressor start but over amp, indicating the compressor needed to be replaced. Ordering all sealed system parts and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. ; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor) and 1 W11678305 (Precooler) and 1 WPW10143759 (Dryer) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 W11546692 (Evaporator) and 3 W11504449 (4/2 evap coupler)s and 1 Lokring (Lokring)"

Arrived on site for washing machine model NTW4519JW2 not starting cycles and making clicking noises. Inspected unit and work area. Customer stated the lid wouldn't lock to start the cycle. Ran unit through diagnostics and found F5 E2 (lid lock fault) error code. Tested latch and confirmed it would not lock. Replaced latch assembly (lid lock assembly) W11307244 and tested unit. Unit then began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

"Arrived on site for electric oven model KOSC504PPS01 making abnormal noises. Inspected unit and work area. Customer reported previous technician tightened nut on convection fan drive shaft, but it loosened within an hour. Confirmed complaint; found fan blade slightly bowed and wobbling on shaft. Visually inspected fan motor shaftno stripping on shaft, but nut was stripped. Replaced fan blade W11752199 and nut W11766498; tightened nut securely. Ran convection bake cycle for 30 minutes, then re-accessed fan. Fan and nut remained properly secured on drive shaft. Unit now operates as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for walt, loving with convection fan that was rattling around anytime.The oven was turned on or cooling. On arrival, I found the mounting bolt for the fan head not been tightened. Properly and needed to be adjusted and tightened. And once it was the unit was working as designed with no abnormal noises and heated to 350 as designed call complete"

Arrived on site to install gasket w11378944 gasket. Tested door and found it selain* as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing gaskets. On arrival installed one w10830052 gasket but found the right hand gasket was bigger and they wrong gasket had been ordered. Ordering W11378944 right side gasket (black) and rescheduled customer for 11/08/24 to complete repairs.
