Arrived on site testing for not completing wash cycles. Found errors f1e1(main acu fault) and f8e1(long fill). Ran diagnostics twice with no issues. Called Techline and due to multiple part replacement and issue has been on going since 06/10/2024. Submitted unit for review for replacement. No further parts recommend at this time. Arrived on site to test unit for not washing. Found errors f9e1(long drain) and f8e6(water hazard). Inspected harness and found blue wire to drain was cut. Installed butt connections and added extra wire to allow for better flexibility. Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for LF and RF burners long ignition times. Adjusted burner heads as stated in service pointer. Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Inspected harness, drain pump, actuator, cam assembly and control and found nothing unusual. Unit complete diagnostics with no issues. Replaced control(W11513246) as a precautionary. Ran and completed diagnostics with new control. No issues present at this time. No leaks detected. Job complete."
