Arrived on-site for broken oven door. Found glass shattered and missing screw for the right hinge. Installed new outer door(w11754711) and informed customer that we have to order the screw and come back. Placed the door and nameplate (w10839793) in the garage and shut off the breaker. Ordering W11617225 Screw74003975 Screw for return visit. Set appointment for the 19th. ; schdld next appmnt for 3/19 WED !

"Arrived on-site for washer making screeching noise while in spin mode. Found no error codes. Ran in low, middle and high spin mode in diagnostics and couldn't replicate the noise. No oil on rotor. Replaced slider(w10734521) and cycled unit one more time. Everything is working as designed."

Arrived on-site for washer not draining. Found error f9e2 for long draining. Tested resistance to drain pump is 19.2. Drain tube is in good condition. Cycled unit to drain and is working while on-site. Customer said it is intermittently not draing. I installed control (w11513246) calibrated and ran factory test. Unit is working as designed.

"Arrived on-site for dishwasher, not cleaning dishes. In the upper rack per customer on arrival, confirm failure and found that the motor was working as designed. But the upper spray arm was broken as well as the upper supports Were broken for the upper rack and lower rack. Stoppers were also broken ordering Wp8268645 lower supports(4x), W10888592 upper supports(4x), wpw10498900 upper spray arm, W11607104 upper spray tube, WPW10082861 stoppers(2x). "Arrived on site for range tripping breaker when oven was used. On arrival confirmed issue and found breaker would trip only when range was in bake preheat cycle. Found 246 L1-2, 123 L1-n & L2-n, 0 g-n. No voltage drops found when under a load. Amp draw to bake was 10 and 14 for broil. Reported findings to safety team sr#7741067629"
