"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer not heating. On further inspection of unit found thermal fuse blown due to blocked vents. Unit vents fine with hose detached, but is clogged and blowing back when it's plugged in. Advised customers they must have their vents cleaned as they are completely obstructed. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling. On arrival the unit was powered on but silent. No fans running, no compressor. I power cycled the unit and retested. When I power cycled the unit things powered on, compressor came on, fans were running normally. Advised customer wait 24 hours to see if unit cools and stays cooling. If compressor stays running and unit doesn't cool then customer is advised on needing a Sealed system repair, or possibly a control if unit locks up again. No repair made since unit needs time to run and may be resolved now. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling in either compartment. I examined the freezer and found the evaporator was iced over through the evap cover. I removed the evap cover and checked the defrost heater, and found the brown heater wire loose. Secured connector and taped it down so it doesn't come apart again. Tested forced defrost and found heater is coming on as designed. I replaced the defrost thermistor since the old one had a stripping wire. I checked the control and found its the correct control, 1 label. Reassembled and verified proper function. Repair completed."
