Arrived on site for a microwave that has buttons that wont work. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit touchpad will not allow the machine to start. She stated that all the top buttons on the control work but the ones at the bottom do not. I did confirm the customer complaint and went ahead and replace the control panel. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11175576.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator producing next to no ice. Found ice bucket empty. I jumped the icemaker to test and harvest, and I found the stripper arm would rotate a little bit and stop, move a little more and stop, basically unable to eject the cubes from the tray, likely due to a failed mold heater or weak motor. Replaced icemaker to resolve. Tested unit and confirmed a fill and no issues harvesting on replacement. Repair completed. Parts used - WPW10300024."

"Arrived on site to install w11707984 fuse, w11551761 interlock, and w11252186 interlock. On arrival reconfirmed issue and installed parts. Tested microwave and found it working as designed. Call complete"

"Arrived on site for a vent hood and that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she just moved in and whenever they turn on the vent fan, the breaker trips. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I remove the ground wire from the motor off the chassis and found that the fan would run adequately and properly. I went ahead and replaced the fan motor and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no abnormal tripping. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11100651."

On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. Will need to perform cook off next visit as new bake element is damaged. See quick pics. Replaced main and broil elements today per sop for breaker tripping. Reordering bake element w11182108 Resch for 11/14; schdld next appmnt for 11/14 THU !
