Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making ice buddies having ice clump in the ice container. Inspected unit and work area. I checked the fill tube and found that it was not inserted into the fill cup causing water to leak down into the ice container when the icemaker would try to fill. I corrected the fill tube placement and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site for a trash compactor that will not start. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the on and off buttons on the Consol are mushy and it doesnt appear that anything was behind it. I took off the consul and found that piece console was actually broken and the on and off switch was just hanging. I went ahead and replace the on and off switch, but could not reattach the on and off switch to the console. Ordering the console and the console insert for repair. the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability.; ordrng 1 9872039B (Console) and 1 W11050447 (Console insert)"

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not tumbling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will turn on, but that the drum does not turn. She stated that they had tried to work on this previously, but I had been unsuccessful at this point. I did find the dryer not completely reassembled. I turned on the unit and confirmed that the motor was running but the drum was not turning. I spun the basket by hand and found the basket spinning properly. I gained access underneath and found that the dryer motor had completely broken apart where it holds the belt. I replaced the motor and when I went to reassemble the unit, I found that the two bottom clips on the front panel and one of the upper clips was missing. Spoke to claims and was advised to go ahead and order them.
