"Arrived on site for washing machine model MVW5430MW1, not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that after previous technician left, unit never started and flashed a code. Found unit flashing F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Basket partially full of water; attempted manual drain via auto test, but drain pump wouldn't activate. Checked resistance to drain pump from controlopen. Checked resistance at drain pumpwithin range; found broken wire on harness. Replaced harness W11643701 and tested unit. Unit then began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.; used 1 W11643701 (Wire harness) from stock"

I checked theblatchnand and found one of the latch switches broken, causing the issue. I found the lid and strike in good condition. Inreplaced the latch assembly W11700916 and tested the unit. "Arrived on-site for a washing machine that is blinking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes start a cycle, but if it does, the lid lock will continue to click and we'll stop mid-cycle. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. The customer also explained that he has a weird sound coming from his drain pump. I remove the drain pump and found a nail abstracting.The drain pump. I removed the obstruction and replaced the latch assembly. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11307244."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. I checked voltage and found proper voltage and polarity. I gained access to the back and checked all components. I found the thermal cutoff open, causing the issue. I replaced the thermal cutoff and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. I found part of the issue was with the venting, going into the floor. The event house had been kinked, causing an airflow restriction. I advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and to try 22 make sure that nose isn't key before using the unit any further. Call complete."

I checked the fill tube and found that it was not inserted into the fill cup causing water to leak down into the ice container when the icemaker would try to fill. I corrected the fill tube placement and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

The customer advised that the on and off buttons on the Consol are mushy and it doesnt appear that anything was behind it. I took off the consul and found that piece console was actually broken and the on and off switch was just hanging. I went ahead and replace the on and off switch, but could not reattach the on and off switch to the console. Couldn’t find his tools, asked if I had a watchman’s thin screwdriver and tweezers he could use. Then he said over & over the propane orifices were not installed. He took it apart and it was correct. Then pulled out the unit and examined the connection to the stove/propane line. He said over & over the connector was not turned around. Left the house tell us that was our problem. Come to find out, it was done properly. He switched out the thermostat.
