Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine KUIX535HPS02 that is not producing ice. Examined unit and found lights out, water in unit and ext drain pump running the entire time ive been there. I found the ice machine drain was Td into the drain line for the disposal, which still had the knockout in it. I removed the knockout, drain pump stopped but unit was still dead. A few minutes later when the pump cooled off, it kicked on and finished draining and powered the ice machine on. Let the unit run and confirmed it was making ice as designed. No water leaks observed. Some water had seeped through my towel under the sink, and customer was advised and has left the doors open under the sink to let it dry out. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for dryer WED5700VW0 making loud screeching noises. Examined unit and found both of the rear rollers were locked up and not spinning. Removed both rollers and scrubbed down their holding pegs. Installed all parts from repair kit 4392065. Tested and verified proper operation. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for washer WFW4720RW0 throwing F7E1 error and not starting cycles. Tested unit and found basket does not even move, it just sits idle until error procs. I removed the rotor and examined the stator and wiring. I did not see any visible breaks, but stator may have a broken winding i cant see. Returning 4/22 first call. Unit needs stator replaced, and rotor as well due to some chipping coating. Stator has harness attached. ; schdld next appmnt for 4/22 WED !

Arrived on site to continue repairs on induction cooktop KCIG556JBL02. Per builder request, I replaced both modules W11742047, W11741354. I rotated the center connector 180 degrees per service pointer. I did notice that the connector for the UI cable had come off the UI board, and may have been causing issues from the beginning. I attempted to replace the UI but found the replacement UI had the same connector broken off in the box. Left breaker turned off, and reordered new UI. ; ordrng 1 W11727259 (User Interface)

In the process of unboxing parts, found my condenser had a bent arm where the steel abd copper joint is located, and ruptured as a result. Reordering condenser, and returning with same parts. Arrived on site for ice machine KUIX505ESS2 that is only producing small ice. Examined and ran unit. Found a very slow trickle coming into the reservoir. Removed filter and flow did not improve. Found valve getting extra hot, no kink in supply hose. Replaced valve with new W10897719. Tested again and verified proper flow. Found no water leaks present. I advised customer to check the unit for leaks before they leave due to having a plastic line to that valve. Unit working as designed at this time.

Arrived on site for venthood KVWB606DSS4 with front LED lights both out. Examined unit and found both lights are very dim. When I removed the panel holding the lights, I found the lights were then flickering. I replaced the LED with 2x W11493395. After installing the lights they did come on, but when I shake the harness they go in and out. This is behaving like a crimped or broken wire in the harness, but isnt at the light connectors. I reinstalled the lights and support and got the lights to stay on. Called tech line and documented, 23190664. Tech line says if issue repeats to get into the LED driver and confirm snug connection there. If board and connection are good, harness is non replaceable. Customer will follow up if issue persists.
