"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door handle coming loose and deli drawer loud when pulling it out. Upon further inspection, I found the left RC door handle loose at the top, and when pulling the large deli drawer out, it squeaks. I removed the mounting screw from the left RC door handle and placed a small amount of loktite on the threads and re-installed the screw and tightened it. I tightened all of the door handle screws as well. I removed the deli drawer from the unit and placed some manufacturer approved grease on the rails (van stock-WP542638), then removed the deli drawer lid and removed the wheels and placed some manufacturer approved grease on the axle screws and roller and reassembled and placed the drawer back in place. I tested the drawers' functions, and it is operating as designed. I had the customer test the drawer and inspect the door handles, and they approved of the repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer not heating. Tested unit and confirmed tumbling and no heat. Disassembled unit and found open heating element, and all other items good. Found outside vent mesh screen was on the wrong direction and holding the vent flap closed. Customer corrected this, I replaced the heating element. Tested unit and confirmed unit is now heating and drying as designed. Parts used - WP3387747. Repair Completed."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed UI to resolve F2E1 error. Installed panel and verified all functions working as designed. Parts used - W11637583.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that has several lights out, doesn't start when syart is pressed. Customer slaps clarified that sometimes it had started running on its own at random. Found start button only, unresponsive. Was able.to enter diagnostics and found F2E1 error for stuck key, which seems to he start key. Unit needs a new Control (which houses the UI) to resolve. Updated unit to proper engineering digit, which required correct control to be ordered. Unit did progress in diagnostic cycle ok with no issues. Ordering control, return visit set for 2/24. ; ordrng 1 W11637583 (Control/UI)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with ice forming in the freezer. Upon further inspection, I found a small ice ball on the evap cover in the FC section. Also found moisture build up on the top right corner of the FC door; on the top right corner of the FC liner at the opening of the door and moisture on the light housing located at the front center of the FC section (photos). Unit is cooling properly. I found four drink mugs on the shelf of the FC door and all had ice build up on the bottoms and were stuck to the shelf. On of the mugs was directly in front of the light housing when closing the door and not allowing the door to fully close. Moved the mugs to the sides and using my tablet, I took a video of the door closing with the mugs in place and with the mugs moved to the sides and you can clearly see in the video the middle mug hitting the light housing. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended either leaving the mugs where they are currently placed or move them to the inside of the FC section. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
