"Arrived on site to follow up on ice machine KUIX535HPA00 that was not producing ice / blinking. Examined unit and found power and max ice blinking. Per tech sheet this is a harvest error, and to check the evap thermistor. I examined the evap thermistor and found it unclipped and hanging behind the reservoir. Reseated the thermistor and reset the unit. This should fully resolve blinking error. No water leaks observed."

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave KMBT5511KSS01 that is not opening. Customer clarified power cycling will get the unit to work sometimes. I found touching any key throws an F2E1 error for stuck key. Ordering new console / UI to resolve. Office to schedule when all parts arrive. Customer will provide POP on return visit.; ordrng 1 W11453238 (Control Panel) and 1 W11455447 (Ui PCB) and 1 W11455449 (Main Control)

"MGD7230HC3. Customer stated the dryer was taking several hours to dry a load of towels, even after trying multiple cycles. Set unit on timed dry, high heat; gas ignited but only for 5-7 seconds, cycling multiple times. Removed dryer vent and retested; cycle functioned properly with gas on for 20-25 seconds. Verified temperature reached 185?F, cycled off at 110?F; allowed three consecutive cycles. Issue likely in dryer venting, wall piping, or roof jack flap not opening properly. Advised customer accordingly. Dryer functioning as normal. No gas leaks detected at times of service."

"Ice machine KUIX535HPS01 was reported by the customer as not making ice. They had turned off the unit prior to service. I ran the unit through diagnostics, testing the mister and evaporator, and all passed. Conducted a cooling test, confirming the evaporator plate was cooling and freezing over. Reset the unit, instructed the customer on running the clean cycle, and started it with cleaning solution. Advised them to drain the reservoir after completion, refill, and run a second clean cycle to rinse. Unit is working as intended. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE."

"WTW8127LC0. Installed previously diagnosed parts: tub ring, dispenser drawer, softner assembly, load and go pump, and user interface panel. Ran unit through auto test; unit filled, drained, agitated, and spun. Washing machine is working as intended. No leaks detected at times of service."
