Arrived on site for microwave making a loud noise when turned on. Upon arrival confirmed issue and traced it to improper install of vent assembly over unit causing rattling vibration. Installed W11113654 pad and adjusted vent. Found noise removed. Call complete

Arrived on site or range not igniting oven properly. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found air-gas intake not closed half way for propane and and regulator valve not fully set to propane. Made adjustments to valve and intake and found oven working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival found large defrost issue in fc evap area. Found thermistors working but defrost harness and ui werent working in sync. Replaced hv and ui controls and harness after removing all ice. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

"Arrived on site for refrigerator running continuously for extended periods of time. Upon arrival found temps at 1/39(set), 0/37(actual). Found ice bin full. Found no signs of cooling issue but found fc evap fan running even when door was opened. Found 14dcv at control. Replaced control and evap fan and found same results. Spoke with techline and reported findings. Techline stated unit would have to shut off at some point for all functions in unit to still be functioning within manufacturing specs. Based on findings its clear 7nit isnt over heat8ng or cooling impro. Techline stated evap fan on this model can run for extended t8mes of adc mode and recommended switching it to standard 8 hr defrost mode. Sr# 7738368940. Unit works as designed call complete"
