Arrived on site for an electric dryer model NED4655EW1 that has a broken belt. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he checked underneath the top and knows the belt is broken. I gained access inside and confirmed the customers complaint. I found the belt and idler pulley broken but found the rollers in good condition. I replaced both Idler Pulley and Belt using a dryer repair kit 4392065 and tested the unit. The unit began to tumble and heat as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW6157PB1 that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that some cycles run through and others dont. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. I checked the basket and found it properly secured to the drive shaft. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E3 (overload load), F0 E9 (off balance pause), and F8 E1 (long fill) error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic test and found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed. I advised the customer that all the error codes referenced loading issues and that with all the individual components working properly, I could find no fault with the machine. I went over loading recommendations, and the unit is working as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed and no leaks were present during service.

"Arrived on-site for a washing machine model WTW4957PW0 that continually drains and won't advance. Inspected unit and the work area. The customer stated that the machine just continually drains and will not advance through any portion of the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found F1 E1 (main control failure) and F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error codes. I checked the pressure hose and did not find any kinks or debris inside of it, causing an issue. I did find that the customer's unit qualifies under a service project to replace the control with parts and labor coverage (W11766193). I replaced the control W11608056 and calibrated the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No leaks were observed during service."

"Arrived on site for electric cooktop model JED8430BDB with multiple burners out. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that her dual element only works for the outside ring, not the inner ring. She stated the left rear burner started shorting out with random popping noises and then quit. The two smaller burners seem to be working. Tested all burners and confirmed customer's complaint. Found both burner elements broken in the middle, causing them not to heat. Ordered both elements (radiant element W10823703 and element 74007251), but one is out of stock and discontinued. Office will need to reach out to extended warranty for parts assistance or alternative resolution. If parts can be found, contact customer about return date. No parts installed. W10823703, 74007251; ordrng 1 W10823703 (Right front Dual element) and 1 74007251 (Left rear burner)"

"Arrived onsite for a refridgerator model WRS311SDHM11nthat is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. I gained access to the freezer and could not hear the evaporator fan running even though the compressor and condenser fan were. I gained access to the evaporator and found a good frost pattern, indicating temperature issues were caused by the lack of airflow, with the evaporator fan not running. I replaced the evaporator fan motor WP2315549 from truck stock and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. ; used 1 WP2315549 (Evaporator motor) from stock"
