"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not dispensing water. Examined unit and found water drips out very slowly. Ice is also small. I removed the filter and ran the unit again. Found proper flow with filter removed, indicating a clogged or damaged sediment filter. Customer had some plumbing work done recently and said this happened shortly after. Advised to replace filter and all issues should be resolved. Repair completed."

"KRFC704FBS05 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. Upon arrival, the unit was cooling and I found 37 in the RC and -8 in the FC. Six hour temperatures recorded by the control system were: RC, max 69, min 32, avg 37. FC, max 59, min -18, avg -2. Pantry, max 69, min 29, avg 33. Ice box, max 62, min -13, avg 13. The ice in was full and everything appeared to operate as expected. This service, both evaporators were completely clear of ice mass and frost. Having prior history with this temperature swing issue on limited other machines, the UI, dispenser UI and HV control should be replaced simultaneously. I contacted the MFG tech assist service and conferred. Tech Johnathan, file #7738649866. The tech agreed and the parts will be ordered and installed. "KRFC704FBS05 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. I found the unit had higher than expected 6 hour averages, but the overall averages and low temp were as expected. Further inspection revealed the right RC door would get caught in the trim above the unit, preventing it from fully closing. Thermography revealed the RC defrost working as designed and I corrected the mounting of all drawers, as they were not fully seated in their respective slides. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. On inspection the rc was at 35? fc 0?. Customer said they called C&D and they told them to unplug the unit. It was unplugged for 3 days.the customer said that it would make a loud noise on in off. She said that the rc was up to 50?. With the info that I have installed a new cover with fan and thermistor. Told customer with the info she supplied I replaced what normally goes out with description she gave to me. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, the shelf parts ordered were to be replaced to correct the drawers sagging. However, when I arrived, I found the unit rocking back and forth and the chassis badly twisted and not square. Previous tech attempted to correct this issue and was unable to. I advised the customer that they needed to contact customer service and they advised they were told by the vendor not to. I contacted techline and spoke to Steve and advised of my findings and he advised that the previous notes state the issues are cosmetic and the customer would need to contact customer service. I provided the customer with a brochure and the SR number 7735847163 and recommended they contact customer service to discuss. No repairs completed and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed."
