"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator KRFC302EBS09 that was not keeping temp. Customer said unit would make noise occasionally, which a video showed was from evap fan blade. Temps were normal when I arrived. Mullion was also not seating in the channel when left door was closing. I adjusted the mullion to catch properly. The noise in the fan blades being intermittent is likely caused by low amounts of moisture infiltration. Customer said RC had gotten as high as 45, but would sometimes hit 43. Unit was 37 when tested, freezer items all perfect. I replaced the damper control with new WPW10594329. This should remove any moisture coming from RC. I did notice the level of the unit is pretty far off, and leaning back in the rear. Unit needs shims to possibly square the unit, as no other sources of air leaks found. Should temps fluctuate again, DZ needs to return with temp logger. No other repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on ice machine that was not producing ice after recent sealed system repair. GC noticed a slow fill and recirc pump not allowing reservoir to fully fill, and the evaporator would only frost the outer ring. I replaced the valve and recirc pump to resolve the fill issues. I checked the pressure on the SS and found it consistently stuck on -12, but compressor sounds healthy. I evacuated the system and tested with 150psi nitrogen. Let the system sit for 15 mins and found no leaks at all. Vacuumed unit for 20 mins and charged to exact spec. I sat and watched the unit fully produce an ice sheet and harvest. Ice sheet is thick and full and generating normal size cubes. Unit has been consistently producing ice since I completed the repair. I noticed that the water line was dripping when I had pulled it out and was loose. I tightened the hose until it stopped dripping. I advised the customer of the dripping line and if it returns to replace the water line. At time of repair completed unit was producing full healthy ice slabs and harvesting. Pics added to SD. Unit working as designed. Parts used - W11542867, W10897719. No water leaks found."

"Arrived onsite and gained access to replace compressor and evap assembly, added non dye drier and access port with extension for front access pressure checks. Pulled vacuum for 20 minutes to verify seals and vacuum held. Charged unit to spec and reassembled and reinstalled observed for proper function and found evap cooling plate underside sufficiently cold to produce ice after 10 minutes. Advised customer on repair. "Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine. It producing any ice. Tested unit and found pumps good. Compressor comes on, but produces NO cooling or frost pattern. I heard noticable hissing in the evaporator area, and when unit powered off you can hear the hissing gradually stop, indicating there may be a leak in the evaporator. Unit needs sealed system repair. Ordering SS parts, compressor condenser evap. "KRFC704FBS05 Arrived to inspect loss of water and cooling issues. I found the filter head assembly had frozen and during disassembly, thawed in its own with water flow returning. I found the supply line heater in working order and verified via thermography. The heater was not fully wrapped around the supply tube at the base of the housing and I corrected. The customer advised the temperatures had remained the same as prior, having large swings up and then cooling off to normal after some time. I found elevated temperatures within the cabinet area, as prior. I removed and replaced the Orion, HV control and frontal UI. The customer has obtained a temperature logger and will report findings to me in the next several days. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator no water. On inspection the water was a slow stream no water removed the filter and it works normally. The filter was frozen, I ran hot water through it started to work but slow. The bottom of the fridge was 37? the top was 44?. The fc was 9 ? the 6 hour average rc temperature was 37? and the fc was 2?. The customer complaints were the wild temperature swings. The evidence is the ice clumped together and the filter frozen but not the reservoir. "Arrived to inspect ice clumping issues. The FC was -2 and the RC was 36. Highest temperature in the RC was logged at 80 and 56 for the freezer, which were not possible due to found conditions within both chambers. Due to this being a more recently frequent finding and the same symptoms as the prior replaced machine at this location and others, I inspected and found the factory air dividers we both missing on the back, but the lower was intact. The constant recirculating of heater air from the sealed system was likely causing all manner of odd readings and operation. Office to order parts and tech GCO please. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11466308 (Divider, Long) and 1 W11449545 (Divider, Short) and 1 W11594711 (Left RC Upper Hinge Cover) and 1 W11163783 (LH RC Door Closer)"
