WDF332PAMS0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher with panel issues. On arrival office stated no service is needed client replaced product no parts installed .

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the gear case and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11393685.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the gear case, slider, stator, rotor, and screw and went to try and get the spanner nut on. I found that the drive shaft had not come through the basket. I attempted to get the basket to slide on top of the drive shaft and found that the basket would not slide all the way down. I checked the gear case box and found that the gearcase had been mislabeled, indicating we had the wrong gearcase. I'm reordering the gearcase and rescheduled the customer to 5/7. ; ordrng 1 W11393685 (Gearcase)"

"MVWB865GW0 Arrived on site for a washer not spinning out all the water. On arrival I verified issue drain hose was about two feet down the drain hole to clients home. I adjusted washer hose and zip tied. Client stated that the washer also made loud noises. I ran diagnostic and no error codes as soon as I tested product is heard the very loud squeaking sound I tilted washer over and found oil had leaked all over bottom of washer. I tried and removing rotor but it didn't come off it was full of oil . I ordered all parts that are needed to fix issue gearcase,screw,stator,rotor,nut,agitator,,and cap. Returning parts will be needed I rescheduled client for 5/2/25 client is asking for morning time frame. No water leaks visible from main water supply. ; ordrng 1 W11449080 (Cap) and 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W10909670 (Nut) and 1 W11393685 (Gearcase) and 1 W10915700 (Stator) and 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 1 W10752189 (Screw)"
