I arrived on-site for a washing machine model. WTW6157PB0 that is making a knocking sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they did not have any videos but she has not used the washer since the issue started. She said she had run a load before and the second load started making a knocking sound like the door was being knocked on. I ran the unit it through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through two auto tests and could not replicate the issue. I checked underneath and found no signs of a gearcase leak or failed components. I had the customer run a load on quick wash. The customer threw in two blankets in the washer. I watched the unit it fill, agitate, and spin without any failures or abnormal noises. I advised the customer that everything appeared to be working and operating as designed and the issue would have had to come from one of the hoses on the back of the machine or an alternate source. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part on a refrigerator model WRFF3536SZ01. Inspected the unit and work area. I replaced the expansion board W11767813 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on-site for a refrigerator model WRFF3536SZ01 that is not dispensing ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the installers had to remove the doors in order to get the refrigerator into the home and wasnt sure if they damaged something when taking it apart or putting it back together. He said the icemaker makes ice but the machine wont dispense the ice. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I heard clicking noise coming from the expansion board indicating the dispenser paddle and user interface recognized me calling for ice. I found no response from the dispenser motor. I gained access to the dispenser motor and found it was not fully connected. I heard an audible click when I connected the dispenser motor connector. I reassembled the door and tested the unit again. I still found the same issue. I removed the top door switch cover and gained access to the expansion board. I found one of the wires going to the expansion board from the door had broken off with part of the connector from the expansion board. Ordering the expansion board for repair and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. Arrived on-site for an electric double wall oven model WOD51EC0HS20 that is flashing an F8 E0 (low fan speed under-speed) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised this issue happens with both ovens when trying to use them. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the upper blower not spinning at all and the lower blower making a wired noise while running. I gained access to the back and found the upper and lower fans had failed. I replaced both fan blowers W11598119 (2) and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed, reaching preheat on both ovens without showing an error. Call complete.

MVWX655DW1 Arrived on site for a washer not spinning, not going through cycles and making nosies. On arrival, I ran diagnostic and found error codes F8E1 long fill stating failed water valves. And F7E5 is a failed actuator. I replaced the splutch and belt they had wear and tear. I replaced the actuator and water valves calibrated then tested product is working as it is designed with no water leaks visible from the main water supply. No oil leaks from the gearcase.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW5057LW1 that is not completing cycles and now wont start cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E3 (lid will not lock or unlock) and F8 E1 (long fill) error codes. I ran the unit through an autontest ajd found the hot water valve was not drawing in water. The customer advised they left their hot water off. I explained that the machine will use hit water at various points in the cycle and the machine will need hot water supply to ensure the machine completes cycles. I turned the hot water valve on and once it went to agitated, I found the lid locl clicking several times but the latch would not lock. I checked the latch and found it defective. I replaced the latch assembly W11513248 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

MTW6205RW1 Arrived on site for a washer that doesnt power on. On arrival, I verified issue washer will not power on. I checked polarity that was good . The control board was getting power and has flashing light .I unplugged the ui control and then plugged back on . It powered on for a moment and displayed recommended contacting for service . Im ordering the control board just in case and the ui control will be needed returning parts just in case needed.; ordrng 1 W11834065 (Control board) and 1 W11806067 (Ui control)
