On arrival verified complaint of F3e3. Verified voltage and polarity. Customer did fix vent issue. Ran vent test it passed. Ran cycle and confirmed f3e3. Inlet thermistor is built into the hi limit thermostat. During test error popped up. Cleared error and attempted to run cycle unit would no longer start motor. Ordering motor just in case. Ordering hi limited and motor. WP8557403 and W11364931 reschedule for 1/21; ordrng 1 WP8557403 (Hi limit) and 1 W11364931 (Motor)

On arrival verified complaint of over cooling in rc section. First inspection shows all fans are running. Temps are 33 in rc section. Ran diag and checked damper function is good. Checked thermistor at rc section and found it is correct at 8.8k ohms. Also found ui is intermittent in response to touches and going dim. Replaced ui and main. They were in control kit w10864261. Further inspection found rc gasket right is torn. Ordering gasket W10407212; ordrng 1 W10407212 (Gasket)

"WTW4855HW1 Arrived from previous visit to install parts. On arrival I installed hub nut,splutch assm.,suspension. Washer still making sounds no grease from gear case further inspection found bottom of basket warped I ordered basket ,screws and retainer. Office to reschedule for client and returning parts just in case needed.; ordrng 1 W11172199 (Basket) and 7 WP8533953 (Screw)s and 1 W10402178 (Retainer)"

On arrival verified complaint of leaking from dispenser. Per previous diag replaced dispenser. Ran diag system and activated all valve systems. No further leaks identified. Job complete installedw11524105
