Arrived onsite WRS315SDHM13 for broken door switch. Repaired by replacing w11123941. Unit is now operating as designed. ; saved tckt

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRF767SDHZ00 that is making ice clumps in the freezer and is not making ice in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they believed there might be a slight issue with temperature in the freezer, but the refrigerator keeps cold. She advised that the ice cream was soft in the freezer, and after she turned the temperature down, the unit had been holding okay, but the upper ice maker still wont produce. I took the temperature of the freezer section and found it at 10F. I took the temperature of the ice box and found it at 18F. I found no evidence of a defrost issue within the freezer section.So I gained access to the rear. I found the compressor was hot but pulling 1.17A while running. I gained access to the condenser and found it completely covered in lint, causing an airflow restriction. I used a vacuum to remove the lint build-up and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found all tests pass and found no stored error codes in the ice maker error codes. I advised the customer that the condenser being clogged will cause the machine to have a harder time removing the heat out of the refrigerant due to the sealed system being a heat exchange. I explained that the machine takes the heat away from the interior and pushes it outside using the condenser fan to blow across the condenser, which runs hot and thus removes the heat. I explained with the clogged condenser that it will make it harder to remove the heat and thus make the refrigerant run hot and cause the compressor to overheat. I plugged the machine back in and found the machine begin to cool and operate as designed. I advised the customer to keep an eye on the unit and to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. No parts were installed and no leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a washing machine model WTW6157PW1. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the control W11789821 and tested the unit. The control acted as if the door was not closed when it was. I unplugged the machine and had the same issue. I replaced the strike W11789818 and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

CSP2940HQ1 Arrived on site from previous visit to install part. I installed the thermal fuse top dryer works now top dryer still doesnt work. I called management, and Paul helped me test the dryer and we found control board isnt getting 120 we have a failed control board. I ordered the control board and returning parts just in case needed . Office, please reschedule the client when part arrives. ; ordrng 1 W11398779 (Control board)

Arrived onsite for a leak. Diagnosed leak as diverted defrost runoff. Removed beef bag causing the runoff. Unit is now operating as designed. Steamed ice as a precaution. Unit is now operating as designed. With no leaking.

Arrived on site for range WFE515S0JS4 that is throwing an F6E1 error for runaway temp. Examined unit and found broil element is scalding to the touch, and oven has not been used. Found welded / failed relay on the control. I replaced the control and verified no more current at broil element. Unit working as designed. Repair completed.

Arrived onsite for continuous drain failure. F3e1. Verified. Replaced board W11603810. Calibrated and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks.

Arrived onsite for door ice clumping innthe binnand failing to dispense. Normative ice fusion. Refreshed bin and tested with loose ice. Unit dispenses perfectly. Advised that refreshing the bin and and allowing new ice production about every 2 weeks is ideal for optimal function and helps prevent clumping and harm to the dispenser motor. No parts. No leaks
