"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making grinding noises during spin. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit does not make a grinding noise during the spin cycle but during the agitation cycle. She showed me a video of the sound, which sounded like something was rubbing. I gained access underneath and found a doorstop stuck underneath the shield cover. I found that when the basket was sitting on the floor, the bolt was grinding against the doorstop, causing the issue. I removed the obstruction and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed call complete. No parts were installed."

ART318FFDB10 RG: Arrived on site for no cool fridge. During diagnostic tested temperature and they read 10 degrees in the fc and 42 in rc . Observed control turn on compressor then right away turn off compressor.Replaced part# w11660617 did further testing control turned on compressor and it stayed on this time . Product was as expected no water supply connected.
