"Arrived on site for a washing machine thats vibrating during the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through high speed manual spin and an auto test and the unit ran as designed. The customer did state that during the high-speed spin, that was the shaking they were seeing. Eid explain to them that that is normal on these units and went over the user care guide. The customer advised they didnt know if it was an issue or not but just wanted to have a check since they just bought it. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for washer leaking water during rinse cycle. Upon arrival confirm the complaint with the customer who stated that during any rinse cycle the washer shoes it will leak water. Upon further inspection found unit sitting outside and I connected unit to a water Spicket and power source in order to test water functionality. Allowed unit to run for a full 45 minute to an hour long cycle in order to verify if unit was leaking during rents but during all test cannot verify if anything was failing or leaking and cannot find any cracks in any hoses or fill lines. Called whirlpool techline and spoke with Andrew sr#7733434741. Was instructed at this time not to replace any parts and to have a customer contact word for further assistance and that if unit does need to be re-diagnosed it will need to be properly installed in laundry room so we can run more test to verify the cause of the issue. At time of diagnosis unit is functioning as designed call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator not allowing door to seal properly and gasket coming off the bottom RC door. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found that the gasket on the RC door was failing to hold in the door slot. I installed a new door gasket then reassembled and reshape the door gasket to ensure that it would seal properly and found unit functioning as designed. Customer also stated while on site that we were supposed to have a lightbulb sent with us to replace the FC light. Will need office to contact customer on status of bulb. Call complete ; ordrng 1 W11518235 (Bulb) and 1 Cnote (Customer er stating we were supposed to have the bulb already? Need office to verify and update with customer)
