Arrived on site for a refrigerator that won't make ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit completely stopped mak8ng ice and hasn't made ice since. I checked voltage to the icemaker and found 121.8 V. I checked my parts and found the icemaker needed was not sent with me. Did confirm that the customers model and serial numbers were within the range of the service pointer. Replaced the heater and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine thats vibrating during the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through high speed manual spin and an auto test and the unit ran as designed. The customer did state that during the high-speed spin, that was the shaking they were seeing. Eid explain to them that that is normal on these units and went over the user care guide. The customer advised they didnt know if it was an issue or not but just wanted to have a check since they just bought it. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."
