"JMC2430IL03 Arrived to inspect potato cooking and convection heating. The customer presented two potatoes for testing, they had been refrigerated and were at 36?F. The unit started the cook for the two average sized baked potatoes and 8:54 was the initial cooking time. The unit completed and the smaller of the two was 206? and the larger was 195? internal and cooked approximately 20%. I then attempted a single, 46? degree large sized potato, obtained from a local store and it heated to 196? after 5:33 program time. I advised the customer to attempt potato cooking with room temperature potatos and see if the results are acceptable. Additionally, I advised trying different doneness settings. Convection bake at 375, with a starting temperature of 145? and after 25 minutes the unit reached 325 and then cooled to 140? and I ceased the test and contact tech assist. Spoke with Ed and got cut off. Called back and reached Austin. SR# 7736323910. Through various testing measures, we found the L2 line showing ground. Only one circuit breaker is installed and I verified it cuts power to L1. I advised the customer that there is an electrical supply issue and to ensure both L1 and L2 are supplied to the unit, with N as well. I left the breaker off due to unknown wiring issues. Customer will contact us if there are further issues."

"JUIFX15HX00 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. I found the inlet valve would only allow a slight trickle of water enter the reservoir. During further inspection, I found the air intake at the condenser severely plugged. I removed the debris and replaced the valve and tested. The unit resumed normal operations and there were no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer vibrating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E5-off balance load. I cleared he code and continued with testing. When the unit got to the spin cycle, the unit began to shake vigorously. I stopped testing and pushed down on the basket and found the suspension rods were bad and the unit is not leveled. I removed and replaced the suspension rods and leveled the unit and calibrated the unit. Retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose noisy washer. Customer advised washer has gotten loud before, and sounds almost like gears clacking. Found noise is normal operational sound coming from the splutch assembly, however belt is slipping and making a squeal. Replaced belt and splutch. Ran unit in high speed spin and verified no further issues present, no gearcase leaks. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not powering on and lid was locked. On arrival, tested unit and found no power at console, and would not go into diagnostic. Found latch stuck as well. Removed and replaced control and latch and retested. Also replace strike due to breaking on opening lid. Unit now working as designed. Call complete."
