Arrived on site for ice machine KUIX535HPS01 overproducing ice. Unit has ice falling out the door when it opens. Found bin Thermistor out of range. Replaced Bin Thermistor with new WPW10511923 and tested. Verified proper operation. No water leaks observed.

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer WED4850HW0 that is not drying well / takes multiple cycles. I tested the unit and could feel good heat levels. I checked the venting and found that there is very little suction at all. I showed the customer the difference with the suction with the vent removed and verified there is a venting issue. Unit itself is working as designed. Customer will need to resolve venting with builder. Call completed.

Removed unit from wall and found blower was not plugged in all the way. Plugged in blower connector and verified unit is working as designed. Repair completed, no parts needed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not powering on. Tested unit and found no response. Unit has a good outlet. I pulled the unit out after receiving permission from the builder to REMOVE TRIM / TRIM BLOCKS keeping the unit from being removable. I removed these and tested the control. Found good power at control, no status light or function. Replaced control and retested. Verified unit is working as designed. All functions working appropriately. Parts used - W11696403. Noone on site to sign ticket."

"Arrived on site to diagnose unresponsive ice machine. Tested unit and got no response from unit. Gave it a light tap on the cabinet and pump barely kicked in and moved no water. Found failed external drain pump. Replaced external pump and found slow drain still. I checked the drain hose and found the installer had zip tied it to the water lines at the sink, and this caused thd rubber hose end to fold and block flow. I removed the drain loop and let the hose sit properly. Unit now draining as designed. Parts used - W11539855."
