"Arrived onsite for wine cooler not cooling. On inspection the unit was on and cooling. Set 41? and it was 43?, checked compressor and it was 110?. The amps were 14 Amps on startup and 1 amp on running. The unit had been for 4 days and has been cooling the whole time. The Issue I saw was the switch looks like it could have been stuck and not able to compress and unit thought the door was open. The unit is operating as design. No parts installed during service."

"arrived onsite for ice maker leaking water. On inspection found the front of the ice maker was broken. Found ice cycles hang from the shelfs. 3 cube# of ice were stuck on the end of the ice maker next to the fill tube. Installed a new ice maker into the unit. Called for water and the tray filled, saw no water leaks from the filling of the tray. The ice maker is operating as design and no more water leaks detected during service. W11626124"

"Arrived on site for washer making a noise. Customer said that it is making a loud noise. On inspection could not duplicate the issue found a little oil in the clutch. Installed new gear,clutch,actuator & capacitor. Calibrated the unit and ran diagnostic cycle. The washer is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service. Arrived onsite for washer making a noise. On inspection during the diagnostic mode there was a clicking noise when the unit spinning. I flipped the unit up and found the cam had a 1/4 inch play in it. Also saw that there was belt marks on the pulley like it had been slipping. Installed new cam and belt on unit.now the ticking noise is gone. Informed customer that the cam was bad and if the gear case caused it to go bad we will back to but a gear case. "Arrived onsite for washer not draining. On inspection found a basket full of water I flipped the unit and found the wires to the pump were broken off at the connector. I spliced in another connector so he can use his washer until we get back next week. Ordering a new lower wiring harness, no parts were installed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11591637 (Lower harness)"
