"Arrived on site and installed new main harness to resolve burnt harness. Customer provided a new power cord as well. Removed old harness and replaced with new, and attached power cable. Tested unit and ran cooktop and oven both. Verified no issues present. Unit working as designed. Parts used - W11761836."

"Arrived on site to inspect range not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had another service company repair the unit and they wanted to get the manufacturer to help cover the cost of repairs. Being as this is a Safety Call, I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and gained access to the switches and terminal block. The customer provided receipts from previous companys repairs, which showed the front right burner switch, main harness and power cord were replaced. I found the power cord at the terminal block was not wired properly as the ground was attached to the neutral on the block and not the chassis. I re-wired the power cord and removed the ground strap and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I contacted the Safety Team and spoke to Elimarie and advised of the situation and my findings and repairs. Elimarie advised that the documented notes to Ref#7740022104. I advised the customer of my conversation and provided the reference number along with my company business card. Job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived onsite for wine cooler not cooling. On inspection the unit was on and cooling. Set 41? and it was 43?, checked compressor and it was 110?. The amps were 14 Amps on startup and 1 amp on running. The unit had been for 4 days and has been cooling the whole time. The Issue I saw was the switch looks like it could have been stuck and not able to compress and unit thought the door was open. The unit is operating as design. No parts installed during service."

"arrived onsite for ice maker leaking water. On inspection found the front of the ice maker was broken. Found ice cycles hang from the shelfs. 3 cube# of ice were stuck on the end of the ice maker next to the fill tube. Installed a new ice maker into the unit. Called for water and the tray filled, saw no water leaks from the filling of the tray. The ice maker is operating as design and no more water leaks detected during service. W11626124"

"Arrived on site for washer making a noise. Customer said that it is making a loud noise. On inspection could not duplicate the issue found a little oil in the clutch. Installed new gear,clutch,actuator & capacitor. Calibrated the unit and ran diagnostic cycle. The washer is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.
