"MED6230HW4. Verified that the dryer would run but had no heat. Removed front bulkhead and drum. Tested thermal fuse was good. Tested high limit cutoff and found open. heating element was good. Checked voltage at outlet; found only 104V between L1 and L2 (one leg missing). Reset breaker and recheckednow 240V between L1 and L2. Removed and replaced high limit thermostat 279973. Reinstalled drum and front bulkhead. Tested dryer; it heated properly and functioned normally. Advised customer that if heating stops again, check and reset breaker.if dryer heats,mreplace breaker due to weakness."

Upon further inspection, I found where the fill tube adaptor had fallen off of the fill tube andmice was forming at the evap fan. I cleared the ice from the fan area and installed a new fill tube extension, and sealed off the gap at the wall with permagum and teeted. The unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven KEBS207SSS04 not keeping temps. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit out to gain access to the element connections and fuses. I tested ohms to the elements, and they are good. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found the UI with missing/faded digits. I checked for error codes and found none. I tested the top oven on Bake at 350 degrees and tested voltage and amp draw at the elements. I found the control providing 238V to the elements, and the amp draw is within range on both elements. Once the unitmreached preheat temps, my meter displayed 362 degrees, which is a normal temp. I tested the sensor and found it reading within approximately 5 degrees. The customer advised that there are times when the unit won't keep the temps and they have to restart the unit. I allowed the unit to cycle in temps, but it never reached back to preheat settings of 350 degrees. Due to the UI missing digits and the unit not reheating, I researched the main control and UI and found both discontinued. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the main control and UI (discontinued), and someone would be in contact with them if the parts are found. ; ordrng 1 WPW10119142 (Main control (discontinued)) and 1 W10172472 (UI (discontinued))"
