"WRX986SIHZ00 Arrived to inspect no ice. Upon arrival, the customer advised me the unit has, since calling in about the ice, lost its ability to keep items frozen within the FC. FC temperature measured at 25?F and RC was 40? The FC had not been opened for many hours, prior to my arrival. The compressor could be heard running and the front of the condenser was cool (floor/room temp) to the touch. I found the braze joint at the dye drier had failed and was showing signs of long-term leakage. Tapping the system, the static pressure was 19/19. I recovered the system and then corrected the leaking the sealed system. I vacuumed to 210 microns and allowed the unit to sit for an additional 15 min. Holding vacuum, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge. The unit started cooling as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. I found the FC at 23 and RC 37. Balanced system pressure was 36/36 psi and the unit running, was 14 of vacuum and high side of 116 psi. I found no dye on any accessible areas, including all lower unit tubing, the condenser and both evaporators and I isolated the yoder loop for leak testing, via two separate service ports brazed at each end of the loop and leak solution tested and shown to be leak free joints. Pressurizing the heat loop to 118 psi, I monitored a 3 psi drop in 15 minutes, performed twice with the similar results. The tech line was closed and will need to be called for a non cabinet leak tomorrow, during business hours. No leaks observed during service. ; O-emld tckt"

"WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I recovered the refrigerant from the unit and then removed and replaced the compressor, dye drier and service port. I vacuumed the system to 410 microns and after allowing it to hold for 15 min, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge. The RC drain pan required adjustment and the chassis required squaring. No leaks observed during service."

"WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to inspect ice reduction issue. I found the FC would only get down to 22?F, during the entire service time. Measuring condenser temperature, I found the inlet temperature at only 115? and the front of the condenser had dropped to 81.1?, denoting loss of the compressors ability to move refrigerant as designed. Office to order sealed system service parts and contact the customer to arrange sealed system two hour return service. Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is not turning on. Found start switch not wired from factory. Rewired switch properly and all is working properly at this time.
