"KDPM604KPS01 Arrived to inspect drying issue. There was a recently washed, partial load of dishes in the unit, consisting mainly of plastic ware and water droplets were present. Testing the machine within service test mode, I found all functions present and there was no rinse agent within the dispenser, which was set at the factory setting of A3 and suggested for the area and water is A1, which I corrected. The unit engaged the heating element and the expected current was observed. I discussed detergent type and amounts with the customer and advised on the use of rinse agent. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"WRS321SDHZ08 Arrived to install previously diagnosed parts. I found he issue was not with the fan motor or fan, but the ice maker inlet had started leaking again, in a different area. Tech GCO for return service. No leaks of the water supply observed during service. ; ordrng 1 GCO (GCO)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making loud noises and not dispensing water. Was able to trace the noise to the evaporator fan. Fan was humming and not spinning at all ar first, but once I tapped on it the fan did spin. I could hear noise coming from it, and it matches the sound in customer video. I am ordering the evap fan assembly pieces to resolve the noise since it has been ongoing for some time. I did replace the inlet valve to resolve water not dispensing. Valve sounded weak, and reservoir had to be thawed out. No water leaks present after service and unit dispensing water. Set return visit for 5/21. Customer requests last call of day. Parts used today - W11645245. ; ordrng 1 W11254898 (Fan Frame) and 1 WP2169142 (Fan Blade) and 1 W11559968 (Evaporator Motor) and 1 W11700295 (Fan Bracket) and 2 WP2176759 (Fan Grommet)s"

"On arrival verified complaint of not draining and noise. Ran diag and found drain pump activates for 2 seconds then fails. Also during spin agitator makes a rubbing sound. Recommend replacing hub, agitator, and drain pump. Ordering hub and agitator. Resch 2/9; ordrng 1 W11418231 (Agitator base) and 1 W10528947 (Hub)"

Arrived onsite for a DW that is still leaking after a repair. Upon arrival I ran the unit and found that the lower spray arm got stuck on the heating element support and will spray at the bottom of the door causing the leak. I bent the support out of the way and ran the unit and found that the unit is now operating as designed.
