"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator WRX986SIHV03 that had frost and issues cooling in the freezer. Examined unit and found the freezer door gasket had come out of the freezer on the bottom end. On closer inspection found gasket had chunks of foam tore out on it, and the plastic lining had separated far enough that gasket could be held back in. Ordering new door to resolve, Black Stainless. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator KSCS25INSS01 that was making noise. Customer clarified that unit would hum / beep. Examined unit and found after a few moments the unit would beep and cycle. Fan was surging and control was dimming / cycling. Beep was coming from the control. Replaced fan with new W11671461, and installed new control W10823804. Powered on unit and verified proper operation. Surging was gone and unit was running consistently. No water leaks observed, no water hooked up. Call completed."

Arrived on site for a range WFE515S0JS4. Customer said the burner was making a popping sound. I couldn't replicate the issue so I inspected the front right burner and found several large cracks. I replaced the burner w11047722 and tested it. This time I heard a popping sound from the switch. There wasn't any visible arcing. Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRS325SDHZ13 not dispensing water or ice. I the water line behind the refrigerator wasn't kinked so used a zip tie to fix the issue. Also found some ice in the fill line for the icemaker. I thawed it out and cycled the icemaker. Unit is operating as designed now. No leaks detected while on site.

WGG745S0FS02: Removed door and replaced door handle wpw1061839. Customer stated that cooking was uneven. Removed copper plate and flame spreaders. Turned on lower oven; flames from gas tube were even on both sides. Reinstalled flame spreaders and turned oven back on; flames looked proportional on both sides. Oven heated properly with even heat on both sides. Customer stated he will use the oven and call for service if cooking seems uneven again. Oven working as intended.
