The customer explained that the power issue started after the electrical company turned off power and resupplied power. I checked voltage going to the control and found 125 V but no power other control. I replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not turning on sometimes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the dryer acts funny from time to time and will freeze up, not allowing the customer to use the dryer or will not let them cancel out a cycle. He says that the buttons won't work and he's having to unplugged the unit to reset everything to et it to work. Advise that it can run ten cycles before it happens, but oftentimes, it's more frequent. I check voltage going to the dryer and found proper voltage and polarity. I checked voltage going to the user interface and found proper voltage. I went ahead and replaced the user interface console and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. "Arrive downside for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she had a video of what was happening and showed me a video of the machine starting a cycle, and when it went to lock, it would unlock and go into a paused state. I tested the unit and found the on the second try, the unit replicated the failure indicating a latch issue. I did find that the lid was closing properly and had not been cracked. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) error code. I went ahead and replaced the lodge assembly and tested the unit on four different wash cycles. All of them continued on with their cycles and did not fail, like previously. I ran the unit through diagnostic testing and found all other components working and operating as designed. I tested the latch assembly five times in diagnostics through manual testing and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W10810403."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work areas. The customer advised that the unit is running but will not cool. He advised that he can hear all the fans running.But when he tried to pull off the back cover for the compressor area, he didn't feel the compressor running. I plugged the unit in and gained access to the compressor. I did find the compressor running.Ann took an amp draw off the compressor. I found it fluctuating between .389 A and up to .608 A consistently, indicating a restriction. I did find what appeared to be a leak at the dryer and Yoder loop connection, which would make sense for the low amperage.
