Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he is having to unplug and replug the refrigerator in in order to get his icemaker to continue making ice. I did confirm the customers complain and found proper voltage going to the icemaker. I replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is cooling off and on. Inspected unit and work area. Customer stated that the unit does cool and will cool properly at certain points. However, other times the refrigerator was 50?F. I checked temperature in the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the freezer at -3?F and the refrigerator at 46?F. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all portions of the machine operating as designed. I gained access to the control and found the freezer thermistor reading 5?F and the refrigerator thermistor reading 40?F. I found no evidence of any defrost issue within the unit. I went ahead and replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11548534."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not getting below 2?F. Inspected unit and worked area. The customer had a temperature chart recorder and I found that the unit was full fluctuating between 20?F back down to -2?F. He advised that, the unit would get back down to zero, but that the average temperature should be at zero not at 5 to 10?F. I checked the evaporator, condenser, dryer, and compressor for any signs of die and found no leaks present. I spoke to SW, and was advised of the issue may be with a floating restriction. I checked the condenser and found the condenser was completely clogged full of lint and the back cover was not on the back of the refrigerator. I was advised to go ahead and vacuum out the charge and run the vacuum pump for 30 minutes and then to recharge the unit and see what happens. I ran a vacuum for 30 minutes. I found pressures hold I charged the unit up with 5.5 ounces of R134A refrigerant. I found the highest side start around 100 psi and gradually work its way up to 125 psi while the low side stayed at 0 psi. I found the unit cooling and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making abnormal noises. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit makes a clicking noise 10 times a day and that sometimes it its worse than other times. I opened up the refrigerator door and the customer advised that he heard the sound that it makes. I found that the sound was coming from the damper control.
