Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRT518SZFM02 that has a shelf that broke. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the glass had separated from the shelf and had partially fallen and caused the glass to break. I replaced the glass shelf WP2262441 and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for an electric range model AER5830VAS1 that is not reaching proper temperatures. Inspected unit and work area. If a customer advised that the unit will see that the oven is preheated, and temperature will be 100 degrees below set temperatures. She said that it will take another 20 minutes for the temperatures to settle at the right temperature. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E2 (door switch not engaged) error code. I tested both elements and found both working. I checked continuity on the door switch by pressing on the switch and found the switch making and breaking. I ran the unit up to 350F and found temperatures fluctuating between 400F and 310F, averaging a temperature of 355F. I found the temperature dials inside of the oven were extremely slow in registering all this temperature and did advise the customer that the internal oven dials can be misleading, especially during preheat. I did explain that it will take a bit of time for the dials to reach proper temperature because of temperature fluctuations happening within the oven. I did advise this is normal operation. The unit is working and operating as designed. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRS325SDHZ14 that is leaking in the freezer. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that water is splashing and freezing all over the backside of their freezer when the icenaker fills. I gained access to the icemaker and found the fill tube chute broken and dangling, causing water to drop all over the freezer. Ordering the fill tube chute and fill tube extension just in case. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. ; ordrng 1 W11645360 (Fill tube chute) and 1 WPW10496649 (Fill tube extension)

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW7230HW1 that is not completing cycles and is making noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine is not washing clothes as well and they have noticed less water in the machine than normal. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found very little water flow coming through both valves. I also found the machine taking a few tries to shift into spin. I removed the hoses off the machinenand checked water pressure. I found dirt and rust coming out of both hoses and then found adequate water pressure. The customer advised they have been working on the water lines around their area and arent surprised. I replaced the inlet valve housing W11614513 and gained access underneath. I found the slider showing signs of wear and replaced the slider W10724521. I checked the suspension and basket and found both in good condition and properly secured. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

The customer advised that the middle of their glass in the rear of the cooktop says when you put any weight on it. The customer showed me what she was talking about, and I confirmed the customer's complaint. It appeared 8 inches of glass were not secured to the rest of the cooktop. I replaced the cooktop W10906141 and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

I replaced the compressor W11582579, dryer WPW10143759, couplers (W11504434 and W11504449), and access valve W11506635. I charged the unit up with 250 psi of nitrogen and found pressures hold for 30 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi and found pressures hold again for another 15 minutes. I charged the unit up with 50g of R600 refrigerant. I tested the unit and found the unit begin to work and operate as designed. Call complete. No leaks were present during service."

On arrival, I found the water valve leaking as well as the gear case tubsiel, leaking water into the gear case clutch Slider and rotor and stator. I also found the suspension rods weak Allowing unit to get off balance too easily. During repairs, I also had to break off Both the wash plate and the spanner nut. I installed w 11172234, w 10915701, w 10915700, w 10754448, w 10734521. W 11393685, w 11130356, w 10909670, w 10752187, and w 10902814. Tested, washerham found it working as designed with no leaks.Call complete"
