"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice and is fluctuating in temperature. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that theyve been having this problem for the last week and had issues with things in the freezer being soft. I did confirm the customers complaint and took temperature of the freezer and refrigerator. Found the freezer at 13?F and the refrigerator at 38?F. Found no evidence of any defrost issue inside of the unit. Took an amp draw off of the compressor and found it pulling .741 A, but the compressor was hot to touch. Found a leak on the low side line at the compressor. Spoke to JC and was advisory order all sealed some stuff and contact Tech line. I did attempt to contact Tech line, but Techline was closed due to the Memorial Day holiday. Ordering all pertinent parts in the office. Will need to contact the customer about a return date when parts are made available. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was making noise and not progressing cycles. Customer said it happens when starting and going into rinse sometimes. I tested the unit and after a couple tries confirmed an abnormal sound that sounded like the belt was stretching out and coming off the pulley, likely due to actuator not fully engaging or disengaging. Customer said if they rotate the basket it'll pop and go back to working. I replaced the belt cam and actuator to resolve. Could not duplicate noise after. Repair completed."

Arrived on site to replace shelf that was not seating right since delivery. Found the shelf with the sliding section did not fully extend and was getting caught. Replaced shelf and verified proper operation. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance and is not completing out cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Were on the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 ae9 (off balance pause) error code. Found the unit unleveled with the tub resting on the front panel and leveled out the unit. I ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. The customer advised that the unit has problems with her quilts, and that they did not spit out properly. I did explain to the customer that heavy duty items, such as sleeping bags, quilts, comforters, and other bulky items like that are not recommended for these machines. The customer advised that all she has our quilts, and that was the primary reason why she bought this washer. She advised the sales person told her that this machine was perfect for what she needed. I did explain to her the logistics behind that and did advise that she can attempt to run those kinds of loads, but that she will have a harder time completing out cycles due to off-balance issues or feeling issues. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a microwave that is having a problem with the control panel. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit flickers on and off and when you try to start anything or turn on the under the counter light, the whole touch screen turns off. Did verify the customers complaint and gained access to the main control. Check voltage to the main control and found voltage fluttering between 108 V and 99 V when the touchpad was turning on and off. Found that when the voltage went under 105 V, the control panel with turn off and one voltage was resupplied, they were turned back on. Did verify voltage at the filter board and confirm the same voltage indicating improper electrical supply. Went to check the plug and found that the unit was hardwired to the wall. I accidentally moved one wire and voltage was supplied back to the control. Was able to microwave a cup of water and turn on the under the counter light. Did advise the customer that their issue is with an electrical supply issue and they will need to fix their electrical supply. Call complete."
