Arrived on site for dryer not heating. On arrival confirmed issue and after further inspection.I found the element coil had grounded and broken. After replacing 279838 element.I tested dryer and found a clog in the wall.Indicating unit needs a dry vent cleaning. I instructed customer that whoever cleans the vent will need to get on the roof in order to ensure the vent is fully cleared from end to end as well and to prevent clogged from falling back down further in the unit. Dryer works as designed call complete.

I found unit had had a load of laundry put into it that had gotten off balance, but overall unit is working as designed withno leaks.
