"Arrived on site to diagnose washer making screaming noise when in use. Customer said noise usually comes during spin. Ran unit in high speed spin and found noise gets louder as the unit spins up. Looked under unit and found some gearcase oil building on the slider, and noise coming internal to gearcase. Replaced gearcase and slider and tested unit. Verified no abnormal noise present during spin.. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is banging around when spinning. Tested unit and found it is extremely off level. Leveled unit and ran and found unit still vibrates excessively. Checked basket and found the balance ring is completely separated from the basket. When I tried to calibrate the unit also shut off / recycled 3 times. Ordering a control, basket, and capacitor to resolve the banging and restarting. Office to schedule when we get all parts. ; ordrng 1 W10554251 (Basket) and 1 W11428524 (Capacitor)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer not heating or advancing timer. Checked voltage at the terminal block and found 120v at L1, 20v at L2. There is a 100v shortage in the red line. Advised customer to get with base services to resolve the lack of voltage at the wall. This will resolve the timer and heating issue both. Call complete."
