"WTW4816FW3. Customers reported that the agitator just kind of flew apart. Verified that the top half of the agitator was broken off. Removed and replaced the bottom half of the agitator assembly 285565. Ran unit through auto test. Unit filled, agitated, drained, and spun. Washer working as intended. No leaks detected at time of service."

Tyler was great! He had our washing machine up and running again in just a few minutes, then was able to explain what had happened to cause the machine to fail. Unfortunately, the repair did not completely take care of the issue as our machine went down again just a few days later. I will be placing another call for service to see if he can come back and get it taken care of.
