Found washer still failing to operate past initial start up unles it was run in diagnostics. Could reach techline due to holiday, but spoke with SW on site. Due to washer symptom not being well documented with info, will need research done to find why unit is stuck in frozen loop start up; ordrng 1 Cnote (Needs research)"

Arrived on site for washer still not starting cycles correctly. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and called whirlpool commercial techline and spoke with Jordan 05/25/23 11:40am/ 12:40pm. After checking voltage reading with techline and running diagnostics resets we narrowed failure to ui control logic freezing and resetting cycle. Techline recommended replacing W11475812 ui control. Spoke with office and reschedule customer for 05/26/23 to complete repairs. ; ordrng 1 W11475812 (Ui control)

"Arrived on site for washer leaking during rinse setting of wash cycles. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found tub ring not correct to unit and causing waster to pass down to floor when it is loaded, also found bezel to fabric dispenser broken causing water to overfill over top of unit. Will need office to reschedule once availability of parts is known.; ordrng 1 W11590590 (Tub ring) and 1 W11550898 (Bezel)"

Found cause of failure was broken terminal block as well as damaged wiring, was able to temporarily redo wiring and found unit heating as designed but found terminal to damaged behind screws to hold wires properly and rescheduled customer for 05/20/23 to complete repairsW11164044 harness/terminal).; ordrng 1 W11164044 (Harness) and 1 Cnote (Harness has all the pieces of terminal needed for repairs.)"
