Arrived on site for range. Upon arrival customer stated fort hood maintenance was saying the front panel around knobs was what was bad. Upon arrival found panel flush. From right knob was still broken but I tested all burners and found knobs turning smoothly without friction. Customer was unavailable at end of repair and couldnt reach out to maintenance. Knobs and burners work as designed call complete

"Arrived on site for dishwasher flashing light cycle led repeatedly. Upon arrival found water leaking between sump and drain pump. Found sump brackets couldnt hold pump in place tightly. Found middle spray arm broken and back left upper track missing the stopper. Ordering W11226878 sump, W11226899 sump gasket, w161140 pump, W11226869 spray arm asm, W11226273 stop(backLeft) to complete repairs. Rescheduled customer for 05/07/24; ordrng 1 W11226878 (Sump) and 1 W11226899 (Sump gasket) and 1 W11226869 (Spray arm asm) and 1 W11226273 (Stop(BackLeft))"

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing handle w10837029. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed part. Found u it working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for dryer not turning on. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found wp33392519 thermal fuse broken. Found element not grounded and at 9.6ohms. Found vent cleared in home and then found thermostat wp3387134 also bad. Replaced both parts and tested unit. Found heating cycling as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed compressor. Upon arrival confirmed failure and found compressor wasnt pumping refrigerant through evap coil. Found noise though was coming from condenser coil rubbing against bottom frame, replaced compressor W1158pp57, uv drier wpw10143759, access valve w11506635, pads w11113654(4x), also found on arrival door handle broken and ordering W10837029 handle to return on 04/23/24 to complete repairs. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps and found no leaks during run time checks. Call complete ; ordrng 1 W10837029 (Handle(stainless))"
