Arrived on site to install ordered parts on a washer WTW8127LC3. I installed the tub w11219115 and ran a factory without any issues. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived onsite KUIX535HPS02 and found unit operating with failed grid cutter preventing ice from dropping. Replaced grid cutter W10919199 to repair. Used resevoir drian pump W11542868 to resolve rattle. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived on site for a washer WTW8127LC3 leaking. I tested the valves without any leaks. I filled the basket to the pressure tube and it started leaking. I removed the back and found a hole underneath the pressure tube. I'm ordering a W11219115 tub for the return visit. Office will need to reschedule. Arrived on site for a washer WTW4816FW3 with the pump running continuously. I verified the issue and the m/s. I replaced the control w11603810 and ran a calibration cycle. Also ran a full factory cycle without any issues. No leaks detected while on site.

"Arrived on site for an ice machine KUIX535HPS02 not making ice. I verified good water flow. The compressor and fan is operating but the evaporator plate isn't cooling. Condenser is barely warm. I'm ordering a W11748089 evap plate, W11735041 compressor, W10843121 drier, w11506635 service port, lokring, and a 2 hour ss tech for the return visit. Office will need to reschedule a 2 hour ss tech.
