"Arrived onsite for gearcase and related parts replacement. Wash tower was still unable to be conventionally removed so removed it in pieces and cut the plate nut off, after this I removed the gearcase and all underside parts and replaced the gearcase, cam, motor, actuator, capacitor and belt. Replaced wash tower and secured bolt with blue loctite. Ran factory calibration and proceeded to test by starting a normal cycle. All system pass checks. No leaks and unit installed properly and leveled for use. W11026785, W11395618, W11481722, WPW10006384, W10721967, W11449840 and W11550891"

"I have on site for a washing machine that is giving the same error message. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the wire harness broken, causing the unit not to drain. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I left the defective part with the customer. See photos. The unit is working and operating as designed with no leaks. Present during operation. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer throwing long drain code. On arrival found unit full of water and drain pump would not activate at all. Drained unit with the transfer pump and checked wiring. Found wiring at drain pump was broken on the pump clip. Removed damaged wiring and installed 18awg wiring from the harness to the pump, secured with solder seals. Tested unit and confirmed all working as designed. No parts needed. Call completed. No water leaks found."

Arrived onsite and installed the heater under the special project provision W11540964. Unit is now operating leak free. All checks good. Advised customer on repair. W11537778
