Arrived on site to for range not allowing oven to heat. On arrival found ignitor coil brokenand replaced it with12400035 ignitor. Tested unit and found oven working as deisgneed with no leaks. Call complete

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I installed the fill tube extension and Adam perma gum around the edges of the bill to. Arrived on site for washer not completing cycles are spinning out all the way. Upon arrival confirm failure and found a hub Drive in gearcase completely stripped from one another and not making proper connection. I replace a gearcase w11454734 and hub drive w10528947 then reassembled and tested unit and found washer working as designed with no leaks. "Arrived on site for washer needing rebuild. On arrival reconfirmed issue and installed clutch w10754448, slider w10734521, basket w10811960, tub w11219115, filter wpw10215093, screw w10752187, rotor w10915701, stator screws w11027980(6x), stator w10915700, filter screw wp8533928, spanner w1090670, agitator w11550891. Found gearcase sent for repairs was the incorrect model and will need to reorder w11393685 gearcase. Also found ui console corroded and not fully responsive and randomly shutting off and rebooting during diagnostics. Will also need to order W11135391 ui. Will need all previous parts sent as well that havent been installed so unit cant be throughly tested for any further failures. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles and is making strange noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me several videos where the unit was making abnormal noises and going off balance. the customer also complained that a little over a month ago, the unit started leaking oil all over the ground. I did verify that the gear case was leaking underneath the unit. I went to remove the rotor and had my T-30 bit break into the rotor screw due to the screw being seized in the gearcase. I went to remove the agitator and found the agitator completely seized on top of the driveshaft and could not be removed. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was worn as well. Ordering the gearcase, basket, tub, slider, clutch, rotor, stator, Spanner nut, drain filter, suspension, agitator, and screws for repair and will return with other sent parts. The office will need to get authorization for repair and contact the customer about a return date if authorization is given due to several out of stock and PSP items. "Ive been on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does tumble and heat but that theyre having to dry clothes four or five times in order to dry the clothes. I did confirm the customers complaint and found no heat, escaping the dryer, indicating an airflow issue. I checked the venting, going outside and found a huge clog inside of the ventilation system. I did advise the customer that that would be what was causing the issue. I advise the customer that he will need to get his vents cleared and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were replaced."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making a buzzing noise. The spectrum unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit makes this noise intermittently and does not happen all the time. I gained access to the freezer section and found ice buildup over the fan assembly coming from The icemaker area. I tested the icemaker and found water flowing from the fill tube down to the evaporator fan housing causing ice buildup and the fan to hit ice. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7739428739. He advised that they have found that the issue with these leaking fill tube is too high of water pressure. He advised that the customer will either need to choke down the water flow coming from the valve at the wall or will need to get a pressure regulator going to their refrigerator. We advised to make no repairs at this time. Call complete
