"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave with rattling / vibrating coming from it. Tested unit and found unit does have some cabinet / wrapper rattle on the right side by the mag. Unit seems to br quiet most often, but i showed customer where pushing on the right side of the wrapper reduces the noise. Advised to add something to insulate between wrapper and cabinet since unit will vibrate normally and wrapper is not secured on the sides. Unit is working as designed. No parts needed."

Arrived onsite for unit leaking. Found cracked valve assembly. Replaced valve. Unit was out on the front porch. Was not able to test. Job complete

Arrived onsite for unit door not closing properly and lint screen not seated fully. Called techline for assistance. Spoke to Rich SR# 7741075230. S3nt pics and recommended wracking door to flex it. Door is seated better. Also maneuvered lint duct to allow screen to sit better. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling in either compartment. On arrival customer informed me the unit stopped cooling for 3 or 4 days, with no abnormal sounds or symptoms. After 4 days unit returned to working as normal with no issues. Checked temps and found FC at -2, RC varying between 32 and 36. Could not find anything wrong with unit. Compressor pulling .70 amps, not overheating and customer never heard a snapping start device. Unit working as designed, unable to duplicate a failure. Call completed."
