Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found breaker to unit was off. Turned breaker on and unit now working as designed. No signs or arcing or grounding out. Advised customer to monitor and if issue persists recommend having contractor replace faulty afci/gfci breaker. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for yellow flames and gas smells. Found unit is not converted to LP and still has all NG orifices in place. Customer was not left with conversion kit. Recommend converting unit to LP and testing for leaks. Advised customer against use till unit is converted properly. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11087486 (Oven LP conversion kit) and 1 W11436985 (Cooktop LP kit)

"Arrived on site to test unit for not draining and grinding noise. Found water present in tub on arrival. Black wire to pump was cut and found actuator not shifting properly causing splutch assembly to grind and cause noise. Corrected wiring with butt connection and replaced splutch(W10721967), belt(W11239857), and shift actuator(W11481722). Completed diagnostics with no issues. Unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Found heating element burnt out. Replaced element(279838), thermal fuse(WP3392519) and tstat(279816). Unit has air flow restriction. Advised customer to have venting leading to exterior cleared prior to using to prevent further damage. Unit is working as designed. Job complete."
