"Arrived on site to look at model JBSFS48NMX00 for customer complaint unit not cooling properly. Found evaporator fan motor not running in diagnostictest 56. Gained access to fan motor and found proper voltage 12dc, to fan motor and fan motor was not running. I replaced fan motor, fan motor still not responding to diagnostic test. I called techline to document and confirm voltages. I got a case number 22386209 thinking the new fan was faulty. When I was screwing the fan motor back into place it all of a sudden came on in diagnostic mode. I checked connections, connections are good. Advised customer to monitor closely. Part usedw11631626"

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts on model JDPSS244LM2 i replaced co trol, vent, today, and element. Unit still is not heating in diagnostic mode. After further inspection, found issue with main wire harness as well as dispenser leaking. Will need main harness and dispenser. Parts used w11537778 w11632704w11414073 and w11573758; ordrng 1 W11412300 (Dispenser) and 1 W11685752 (Main harness)"

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival replaced FL orifice holder (W11337062) and installed LP orifices using LP kit (W11428599). Tested unit, flames are now at the proper height and unit is running as designed, no gas leak detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for burners flames to high. Found natural gas orifice on some burners. Replaced lp kit and left front burner orifice is stuck and stripped. Ordering new orifice holder and lp kit office to reschedule ; ordrng 2 W11337062 (Left front orifice holder)s and 1 W11428599 (Lp kit)

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave not working. Test unit and found unit starting on its own and then you open the door and it stays running. Also found cancel button not responding.
