Tim worked on both our frig & double ovens. He was very professional & efficient. He scheduled appts for our convenience around a vacation. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction & offered maintenance tips for my frig. He also told me our oven was in working order & found the problem for that appliance in the electrical outlet. A very nice young man, too.

Tim was excellent. Knew his product and even when the delivered part threw him a curve ball, he didn’t leave until it was working.

Andrew was great at letting me know a time range the day before our appointment as well as calling when he was on the way. His work was neat and the area left as he found it. He also walked me through what needed to be done to make the repair. Most importantly he was prepared and had the correct part on the truck. One stop no waiting for parts to be ordered. Excellent.

Joe was clearly exceptionally knowledgeable, listened carefully to both me and the machine in operation, and closely examined the parts and their functionality while making a judicious repair. In a crowded laundry room, he also worked through confined space to remove and replace parts that were difficult to access and replace. Joe is a valuable rep for your company and has good customer skills.
