Arrived on site to test unit for stopping mid cycle. Customer stated unit would stop and error would flash. Customer would cycle power to unit and get it to run again. Found error f5e4(lid not opened between cycles). Verified with customer saved error is what's prompting. Recommend control replacement for throwing random code in the middle of wash cycle. Arrived on site to test unit for leaking. Found cold valve was busted. Replaced valve(W11614515) and unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not washing. Found when plugged in unit it would automatically drain when tub is empty. Held start button down until it stopped and in the middle of diagnostics unit would stop and drain. Recommending control replacement. Office to reschedule. "Arrived on site to test unit for cycle not starting. Upon arrival customer stated the start button falls through not allowing cycles to be started. Tested unit, verified the button is falling through, secured with tape for the time being. Ran a diagnostic cycle, heard a sound right before the spin. Will need to order a new console, control, splutch, actuator and capacitor. Ordering parts, no parts installed, rescheduled for 02/21.; ordrng 1 W10888103 (Console) and 1 W11603811 (Control) and 1 W10721967 (Splutch assembly) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 W11428524 (Capacitor)"
