Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. Upon arrival found unit is running and trying to cool however is having defrost issues. Customer has to unplug occasionally for 24hrs so ice can thaw then plugs it back in. Unit begins to cool again. Ran diagnostic and found thermistors pass and heater does energize. Thawed remaining ice and per Whirlpool previous recommendation replaced electronics. Replaced main control and UI due to what appears to be a short cycling defrost cycle. Unit is currently functioning. Customer will monitor. If symptoms persist recommend ordering Heater assembly and defrost thermistor. Job complete. Used w11518204 and w11566851
