Arrived on site for dishwasher turning in intermittently in middle of night and early morning. Upon arrival powered in unit and closed the door to see if it would turn on randomly. I was not able to duplicate any issues. Ran diagnostic mode and u it passed just fine. Instructed cx that I was not able to duplicate anything and to get a video of issue happening. Cx understood. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was not starting. Verified the customers complaint. Pressed the start button and found the unit would power on but would not begin a cycle. Performed diagnostic testing and found the control board was providing incorrect readings. Replaced the control board and retested the unit; however, the dryer still would not start. Continued troubleshooting and checked all safety components. Found the thermal cutoff was faulty and giving incorrect continuity readings, preventing the unit from operating. Replaced the defective thermal cutoff and retested the dryer through a complete start-up cycle. Unit started immediately, tumbled, and operated normally. Verified proper operation. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer with a console that was not responding. Verified the customers complaint and checked incoming voltage at the terminal block. Found the unit receiving proper voltage and power supply was correct.Disassembled the unit and performed further diagnostics on the user interface and main control. Found both the console and main control board had failed. Replaced the control board and console with the supplied parts and reassembled the unit. After installation, the dryer powered on and the console became responsive. However, during testing, found the LED display on the replacement console was not functioning correctly and was displaying improperly. Verified all connections between the console and control board were secure and seated properly. Determined the replacement console is defective and will need to be replaced. Ordering a new console and returning with the part to complete the repair. Office to contact customer and reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11378949 (Console)

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher leaking during operation. Started a test cycle and observed water leaking from the area between the inner and outer door panels. Removed the front door panel to inspect components inside the door assembly and found the vent assembly damaged and allowing water to escape during the wash cycle. Replaced the defective vent assembly and secured all connections properly. Reassembled the door and ran an additional test cycle to verify repair. Confirmed unit is operating correctly with no leaks present at this time. Job complete.
