Arrived on site to test unit for not working properly, customer stated that cycle completes and the clothes is still damp, tested unit found all components activating properly, in diagnostic heater and blower are activating but when running a dry only cycle the the unit should activate the heater after 3-5 minutes but after 15 minutes of cycle the heater did not activate, called tech line, after further diagnostics, tech line recommended a console replacement do to corrupt logic, ordering part office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11535124 (Console)

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not starting. Spoke with customer regarding issue and confirmed that the unit would not respond when pressing the Start button.Tested unit and verified that the Start button was non-responsive and the dishwasher would not initiate a cycle. Disconnected power to the unit and removed the front control panel to access the main control board for further testing. Inspected wiring connections and tested the control board. Determined the main control board had failed and was preventing proper operation. Replaced the defective control board with a new manufacturer-approved part. Reassembled the front panel and restored power to the unit. Tested dishwasher through a full start-up sequence. Verified that the Start button is now functioning properly and the unit begins and runs cycles as designed. Unit is operating normally at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site (Unit 5303) to test unit WED560LHW2 for console not working. Upon arrival customer stated all functions are still present but display does not illuminate. Verified concern, console non-illuminated while unit responds to user inputs and startup chime is present, indicating UI backlight failure. Replaced console (W11378949) and secured all harness connections. Restored power and performed functional test, confirmed display illumination restored and all selections responding properly. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site (Unit 5310) to test unit WED560LHW2 for noise. Upon arrival tenant reported a loud rattling noise during operation.Engaged a regular cycle and confirmed vibrational noise present. Tilted unit back and applied pressure to motor mount fingers, noise immediately ceased. Gained access to internal components and removed motor mount. Installed sound pads (W11113654) beneath motor mount, however noise persisted during testing. Determined motor mount will require replacement to resolve issue. Ordering motor mount, office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11676491 (Motor mount)"
