Arrived onsite for newly installed compressor not running. Found internal lights and fans run and condenser fan runs. Called techline for assistance as original compressor was not running and now the new one wasn't. Spoke to Kirt. SR#7740686931. Ohmed compressor and was not shorted. Ran voltage checks and found no voltage from Orion board to power compressor. Replaced Orion with compressor and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Advised customer to monitor for 48hrs. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for unit needing sealed system repair. Found corroded condenser lines. Will need to order condenser, non Uv drier and Oilless guages to complete repair. Unit is in tight space . "Arrived onsite for not operating. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error code F4-E3 wash motor not operating. Ran normal cycle and confirmed issue. Need to replace sump and motor. Ordering sump and motor. Office to reschedule ; schdld next appmnt for 11/19 TUE !"

Arrived on site for controls not respond to commands . Found some of the buttons not responsive. Replaced control W11683480 Buttons are now responding . Ran diagnostics.all checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service . Job completed

"WED5100HW3 Arrived on site for unit not drying properly. Upon arrival, checked temperature on Normal cycle and registers 255 degrees F max temp. Continued to check on Timed Dry right after and unit will not heat above 150 degrees F. Unplugged dryer vent and still did not exceeded above 150. Disassembled unit and cleaned all lint inside unit. Retested unit on Timed Dry with vent off and unit registers 114- 183 degrees F offset. Plugged vent back in and temp went at high as 225 degrees F, then dropped and never maintained above 150 degrees. Removed chicken wire from the exhaust outside and now unit is running within specs. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"
