Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. On Inspection the fc was 43? the rc was 49?. I pulled the Evaporator cover off no build up of ice on the capillary tube. I gain access to the compressor and put a amp meter on the compressor. It started at 1.2amps and worked all the way up to 3.4 amps. Called talked with Lou and we came to the conclusion that it needs a new SS. Ordering a new SS. No parts installed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11736670 (Compressor) and 2 2 (2 hours)s and 1 W11566897 (Evap) and 1 W11109499 (Drier) and 1 W11685133 (Suction tube) and 1 W11685135 (Tube)

WRS571CIHZ05 Arrived to inspect noise. The diffuser would chatter during operation and I removed and replaced. The noise issue was resolved and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"WMH31017HS10 GP arrived on site to inspect a dented microwave. Inspected and found the door bent on the left, right and top. The inner structure is also bent preventing the door from creating a proper seal. Vent cover, control panel and the wrapper is damaged. Customer stated that the unit came out of the box in this condition. Attempted to call tech line but they were closed. Office to contact tech line to report findings and saved images."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and when the unit got the spin cycle, it began to make a loud screeching noise. Tilted the unit back and found a large amount of gearcase oil on the pulley shield, pulley and belt (photos). I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam and belt and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that theyve had two other repair companies service the unit and could not repair the unit and advised that previous techs disassembled the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E2. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I performed another diagnostics test and again the unit operated as designed. I tested the unit in a timed dry mode for 10 mins and the unit operated as designed. I tested one more time in diagnostics and timed dry mode and the unit continued to operate properly. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the compliant, prior service, and my findings. Andrew advised that the float switch might have been stuck, but if the unit is operating properly, not to replace any parts. Provided SR#7735140500. I advised the customer of my conversation with tech support and recommended that they dry a load and see what happens. Advised that if the unit fails again to contact our office and schedule service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
