Arrived on site to inspect a rattling noise from the rear of the upright unit.Confirmed the complaint and found the noises were coming from the compressor port that was making contact with the panel causing the rattling sound.Used the sound pad to correct the issue.Customer witnessed the repair.Job complete

"Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts.Accessed the evaporator and found it frozen over. Checked the heater and the heater had no continuity. Removed and replaced the heater, damper, icemaker, T-Stat.Customer told to wait approximately 24 hours for the evaporator to totally thaw out to prevent the freezing of the unit again.Job complete"

Arrived on site for range with cracked glass top. Upon arrival I found near front right burner there was a crack running between front to back of glass top along right side. After inspection of burners for any issues I found none that could have led to glass cracking. I replaced glass cooktop and reassembled and tested cooktop on range. Found unit functioning as designed with no issues. Call complete
