"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they also are having issues now with items staying frozen or freezing in the freezer section. Advise that certain items are frozen but certain items will not freeze including ice cream. I took a temperature off the freezer section and found it at 21?F. I gained access to the compressor area and found the compressor hot to touch. I checked for any dye could not find any leaks present in the compressor, condenser, or evaporator areas. Ordering all sealed system components in the office will need to contact customer about a return date due to a need for a three hour service and limited parts availability. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W11598434 (Evaporator) and 1 W11506620 (Suction line to evap coupler) and 1 LOKRING (LOKRING) and 1 W11574734 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier) and 1 W11506635 (Access Valve) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen)"

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit was working fine up until a few weeks ago. She advised that the unit will just not turn on and that she believes it has to do with the electrical storms they experienced a few weeks ago. I gained access to the terminal block area and found proper voltage once I took off the wire nuts. I put the wires back into their connectors and reapply power. Found the unit turn on and start to work and operate as designed. I ran the unit for an auto test and then worked as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that wont turn on. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry, I found the UI slightly dimmed and the off position, and the touch buttons would not respond. I checked voltage and found proper voltage and polarity going to the unit. I checked proper voltage going to the user interface. I unplugged the unit for a minute and talked it back in and found the unit start to work and operate as designed. I spoke to SW and was asked if the customer is using the Wi-Fi on the dryer. The customer advised that he does not know how to hook that up. I did inform the customer that it is possible that the unit is trying to do updates without being hooked to Wi-Fi which can result in this issue and that power cycling the unit will generally fix the non-response issue. We tested unit several times and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that will not respond to any controls. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has power because the dryer drum light is on when you open the door, but the control panel will not turn on. I gained access to the controls and found the controls completely lit up. I checked voltage going to the control and found proper voltage and polarity. Check voltage going to the user interface and found proper voltage. I replaced control panel and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11413566."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont lock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they can not get the unit to start. Chewed by the shed contacted customer service and they told her to press and hold the power button until all the lights lit up and then touch the start button but it has not been working. I explain to the customer that is the exact opposite. She needs to press the power button and press and hold the start button until all the bars light up all the way across the user interface. Tested the unit multiple times, and could not get the unit to fault. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. The customer advised that shes been using the unit the same way she was told for the last few months and that she was unaware of how to use it. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."
