Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW5000DW3 that is making abnormal sounds when spinning and is going off balance on every load. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that every load foes off balance and the machine makes all kinds of noise. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was weak and bouncing. I checked the basket and found the basket wobbling on the drive shaft. I replaced the hub assembly W10528947 and suspension W11130362 and ran the unit it through a diagnostic cycle. I found the belt slipping on the drive pulley. I replaced the splutch assembly W10721967 and belt W11239857 and tested the machine. I found everything working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher model WDTA50SAHZ0 not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised soap is not dissolving and dishes are not getting wet. Ran diagnostics and found F4 E3 error code (wash motor not running). Confirmed issue in diagnostic cycle. Replaced wash motor assembly W11087376 and tested unit. Unit operates as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for electric range model WFES3030RS0 tripping the breaker during bake cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Customer stated unit works with burners and broiler, but bake selection causes intermittent breaker trips. He noted it works after burn-off but trips again if left idle too long, and issue has worsened. Gained access to control, elements, and wiring. Found no visibly failed components or damaged wiring. "Arrived on site for washing machine, not completing cycles and overfilling, and sometimes turning on in its own and filling up. On arrival, I confirmed failure and found F 8E 6 in diagnostics. But upon further inspection, I found the fabric softener, faucet switch was faulty, causing unit to kick on randomly on its own and fill both when in use and non-use. I inspected other hardware.The machine have found no failures except for the lid being broken. I am ordering the following parts along with the faucet and rescheduled customer for 12.19.25 W11470212 lid, w11569112 FS faucet, W11550898 bezel.; ordrng 1 W11470212 (Lid) and 1 w11569112 (Fs faucet) and 1 W11550898 (Bezel)"
