Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRS315SDHM13 that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. I found the model information on the ticket was incorrect as the customer has different engineering digits (later generation of the same model). I did find that the serial information was correct, so I updated the model information. The customer advised that the ice maker motor just stopped working and has not filled or dumped ice in quite a while. I attempted to jump the ice maker and found the motor would not turn. I checked voltage, went to the ice maker, and found a 120 V. Due to the generation change, the ice maker sent with me is the incorrect icemaker. Ordering the correct ice maker and rescheduling the customer to 5/29. No parts were installed, and no leaks were present during service.; ordrng 1 W11700250 (Ice maker)

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRX735SDHW09 that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit had quit making ice a few days ago. I removed the ice container and found it halfway full of ice. The customer dispensed ice and I found the unit going back through another ice making cycle. I found the ice maker harvest and refill to complete the ice making cycle. I checked temperature in the ice box and found it at 8 degrees farenheit. I advised the customer that it appeared to be an ice cube that got stuck between the bail arm and the icemaker, causing the icemaker to think the bin was full. I went over some checks to make if they have any other issues and to call back, if they can't correct the issue themselves. The unit is working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed."
