"Arrived on site for a wall oven that is flashing an F6 E9 (appliance manager lost communication with the lower oven) error code. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit into diagnostics and found that error code and an F6 E6 (appliance manager lost communication with the upper oven) error code. The customer stated that he was using the upper oven and was cooking bacon. He advised when he pulled out the bacon, it flashed an error code and wouldn't turn back on for the rest of the day. He said that the next day, he was able to use it though. I followed the tech sheet. In accordance with those error messages and found continuity going between the wire harnesses. Per the text sheet, it requested for us to replace the appliance manager. I replaced the main and upper appliance manager and tested the unit. I ran the unit up to 350 degrees fahrenheit on both ovens and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11448962."

"Arrived onsite for a washing machine that is still going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the machine has not gotten better and that the issue is getting worse with time. He advised it didnt matter if he put in a small load or a big load. It will make crazy noises and walk across his floor. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Kurt SR# 7740644695. He asked a few questions regarding the basket and tub. We found no wiggling of the basket on the drive shaft. He asked if the unit it was installed on a pedestal and it is. He asked if the legs on the pedestal were screwed down and we found the legs were completely screw up against the locking bolt against the cabinet. He stated that that would be the problem because the legs end up causing excessive vibration and off balance issues. He advised to screw the legs down about an inch and use the locking bolt to lock the legs in place. He advised that other than that, we have done everything that would have otherwise been causing this issue. I did as Kurt advised and advised the customer to call back if issues persist. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing door switch. On arrival confirmed issue and installed w11123941 switch. Also found ice maker off but once it was on it harvested and filled as designed with no leaks. Informed customer to allow ice maker 3 days t9 fill bin. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator that is not dispensing water or ice and has a broken piece in the refrigerator. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the water feature and found no water coming from the dispenser. I checked behind the unit and found that the water supply had been turned on. I removed the filter and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I asked the customer if they replace their filter anytime recently and the customer advised that she has never replaced the filter. I did advise her that her filter is out and she will need a new filter to fix the ice and water supply. The customer showed me that the refrigerator door switch was broken and would not illuminate in the refrigerator section unless if the freezer door was opened. Ordering the door switch and rescheduled the customer to 12/20. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W11123941 (RC Door switch)

On arrival verified complaint of not drying. Customer states they are not running hot water first. Customer states they are filling the dispenser with rinseaid. Ran diag and found heater is activating at 9amps. Dispenser is dispensing rinseaid. Advised customer unable to replicate issue as unit is currently functioning. Job complete no parts installed.
