Arrived onsite for unit not completing a cycle. Ran diagnostics and found error code for washer motor failure. Tested and confirm wash motor not running. Replaced motor and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site for not operating and get a clicking sound. Upon arrival, the clicking noise is lid lock. Ran diagnostics and get error code F9-E1 long drain. Cleared code and ran automatic test cycle. Test cycle completed correctly during sensing. Ran a normal cycle with deep fill and unit filled and begins washing correctly. Canceled unit and drains all water correctly. The potential issue that can be happening is that unit is installed on an unleveled floor and shakes a lot during drain and spin. Unit is operating as designed Job complete no parts needed"

"Arrived on site for not filling correctly. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. Ran automatic test cycle and test completed correctly. Found drain hose completely sealed at standpipe. Removed tape to allow good air flow. Ran a normal cycle and unit filled correctly during sensing and soaking stage of the cycle. Then ran a deep water wash. Once again unit, unit filled correctly during sensing and soaking stage of wash cycle. Unit is operas designed. Explained to customer the issues that can occur when drain hose airflow is blocked. No leaks present. Job complete. No parts used."

"Arrived onsite for unit making a noise. Customer stated a family member loaded the unit and shortly after starting it, it made a really loud noise. Ran a auto test and all quick cycle and could not duplicate the issue. Recommended customer take a video and monitor if it happens again. If a revisit is needed the dryer will need to be completely removed from the area to access the unit."
