"Arrived on site to test unit for short cycling. Customer stated that unit would stop mid cycle, she would have to wait for the unit to cool down before restarting. Inspected motor and found wires at the connection are black, issues that customer expressed are consistent with a drive motor issue. Replaced motor (W11364931) and blower wheel (WP697772). Tested unit, unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no cooling. Inspected unit found compressor not running but extremely hot, cycled power with watt meter at the outlet, compressor kicked on for 5 seconds and during that time wattage spiked to 873. Compressor than shut off and would not start back up. Compressor is seized and will need a new compressor, access valve, dye drier, and evaporator coil as precautionary. Unit is r600a.
