Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model WRS315SDHZ19 not making ice. upon further inspection, I checked temperatures and measured 0 in the freezer and 37 in the fresh food section. I tested the icemaker and it failed to harvest. The icemaker has failed mechanically. I replaced the icemaker and tested, and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. Arrived on site to inspect washer model WTW4816FW3 not progressing past sensing. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed error code F8E1. I checked the water supply and function of the valves and found them to be without issue. I ran a test cycle in consumer mode and found machine would not fill after the first stage of sensing the washer would not progress to the wash stage. The pressure sensor is not sensing the right amount of water. I replaced the control and recalibrated and tested the machine. and it is now operating as designed no water leaks observed during service. W11603810

Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4107SW0 noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a loud screeching noise and its so loud they have to go outside. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed until the end when the unit was slowing the spin down and it began to make the noise. I tilted the unit back and gained access to the cam assembly. I found the cam teeth slipping on the pulley teeth as it wasnt engaging properly due to the cam spring being too short. I removed and replaced the cam assembly and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed with no further noises. Arrived on site to inspect dryer MED5630HW2 not starting. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the control panel is doing the same as before as its not responding and starting a cycle. I pressed the power button and the unit turned on. I attempted to select a cycle and the unit would not respond. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit operated as designed. I cycled power to the unit and retested and got the same results. I contacted techline and spoke to Edwin and advised of the complaint, history, and my testings and findings. I also advised that it appears that the decoder board is the failure as I can get the unit into diagnostics and itll operate, but in consumer mode and turning the dial, the unit wont start. Edwin recommended replacing the control panel and jumper harness and provided Case #23057542. When I removed the new console from its packaging, I found the jumper harness is included with the console assembly. I removed and replaced the control panel and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. W11384511

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS325SDHZ08 ics maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker tray had stopped mid-harvest and was full of ice cubes. I attempted to test the ice maker, but it continued to fail. With the ice maker covered under the AEX one year warranty, i removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and it is operating as designed. I advised the customer that there is no warranty on the new ice maker as the AEX warranty expired. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the right RC door gasket being badly torn, I used jy heat gun to warm the gasket and shape it. I then removed and replaced the gasket and warmed it again and shaped it to the door and chassis. Tested the door functions and found the gasket is sealing properly.
