Arrived onsite for unit with long fill error. Found temporary solution was to run drain line at ground level to a floor drain. This was causing no water retention as the unit ran the water out as it filled. Explained that this will cause the irregularities as experienced and the machine cannot operate properly. Cuetomer will use a standpipe to restore function. No parts.

Arrived onsite MHW5630HC for leaking water and detergent out of the dispenser drawer during use. Unable to replicate while onsite. Replaced drawer W11752344 and leveled unit back for better results. Advised customer on findings. No leaks at time of service. No signer available

"Arrived on site to diagnose KUIX335HPS02 that is not producing ice. I tested unit and found when it's filling, only a tiny amount of water is coming out. I removed the filter and ran the unit again. Found good flow with no filter in the unit. Customer had a spare filter I installed for them. Found good flow through the replacement filter. Ran all functions and verified unit is working as designed. No water leaks observed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW4505MW2 error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. I cleared the code and continued with testing and found when the valve is engaged, water leaks out for the top panel and down the front panel on the left side upper corner. When the unit began to drain, water began to back flow out of the stand pipe. I stopped testing and advised the customer of my findings. I inspected the valve and the fill tube and found calcium deposits built up on the openings of the fill tube causing the water to be sprayed out and poured into the tube assembly. I removed and replaced the inlet valve and calibrated the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. Water continued to back flow out of the stand pipe. No water leaks observed at the end of service from the unit, job completed. W11513255"

"Arrived on site to inspect range WFES3030RS0 oven tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit properly installed and the display showing the correct time. The customer advised that while using the oven on Bake, after a few minutes the breaker will trip. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the terminal block and wiring harness at the back of the unit. I found the power cord harness wires wrapped around each other at the junction box and corrected it. I removed the ground and performed a burnout on Bake at 500 degrees and the unit completed the preheat burnout. I reconnected thd ground and allowed the unit to cool then performed another burnout out on Bake at 500 degrees and the unit completed the 2nd preheat burnout. I allowed thd unit to heat for approximately 20 minutes and thd unit is operating as designed. I contacted Whirlpool Safety and spoke to Deb and advised of the complaint, my testings, and my findings. Case #21989176. I recommended that should the breaker trip again the customer needs to notify their builder to have the breaker replaced before calling it in for service. Job completed."
