"Arrived on site to test unit for control issues. Upon arrival customer stated the control does not react to input and has now sunk in. Tested unit, no reaction from inputs. Removed back cover and found brackets have been bent inwards. Straightened brackets out and replaced control (WPW10108190) and tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no gas leak detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Finished installing the tub and replaced the inner door (W11559689) and door seal (W11664713). Unit has been uninstalled and placed in the garage for repair, could not fully test unit due to no power or water hookup to the unit. Advised customer that after unit is installed to run a cycle and monitor the unit, if there are any leaks or if an issue arises, contact the office immediately. Leave the unit installed so returning tech can properly run tests on the unit. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for shutting off after a few minutes, customer stated that after the last repair they used it a few times and started to have issues, tested unit found console unresponsive, found incoming voltage to unit and to console correct but do to excessive corrosion on the console, unit will not power on, will need to replace console to fix issue, ordering parts rescheduled for 1/15 no parts installed ; ordrng 1 W11158455 (Console)"
