Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4816FW3 noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in. Immediately, the drain pump turned on and I pressed the start button for 10 seconds and the pump turned off. I was able to get the unit into diagnostics shlsing error codes F3E1-pressure sensor fault and F1E1-main control failure. When I went to clear the codes, the drain pump turned on again. Per servics pointer W11766193 for the error code F3E1, I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. I tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11603810

Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRS311SDHB09 making noise. Found ice at the evaporator fan. I replaced the fan wp2315549 and removed the ice buildup. I tested the icemaker twice and saw water dripping when filling. I used perma gum 212643 from truck stock to seal around the fill tube. Tested again and the leak is gone. No other issues or leaks detected.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator JFFCF72DKL01 leaking water in the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I checked the bottom of the freezer and found it clear, but the ice bin was full of frozen water. I disassembled the FC section and inspected the ice maker and found where water was leaking from the fill tube chute. I removed the ice maker and found cie clogged in the chute. Looking at the ice maker even further, I found a piece of the tines was broken. The customer advised that when the ice maker goes into a harvest, sometimes one ice cube won't dispense and gets stuck in the tines or in the tray and can cause the fill tube chute to back up and freeze up. I inspected the fill tube and didn't find any signs of it weeping or leaking water. I quoted the customer $229.99 for service/labor fees and $153.73 for the ice maker for a total including tax of $415.38. The customer agreed to the repair and paid in full with CC ($415.38 CC Auth# AWL49T). I installed a new ice maker and tested it and it is operating as designed. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRSC503EBS01 leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their cleaning person found water coming from underneath the unit and the ice maker hasn't worked since the last repair. I tested the ice maker in diagnostics test 44 and the fill tube in test 45 and it operated as designed. I pulled the unit out and found a small puddle under the under. I removed the back cover and inspected the valve that was recently replaced and didn't find any water leaking from it. I found dry water stains under the heat exchange tubing (suction line) possibly due to the heat exchange frosting over and then melting creating the water. I advised the customer that I could schedule for a sealed system and quote for it and the customer declined. The unit is cooling as designed. The customer dispensed some water while I was inspecting the valves and found no leaks. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and if they find more water to call it in for service. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."
