Arrived on site for dryer making a screeching noise during use. Upon arrival confirmed failure and found noise emanating from front bearing seal that had broken from drum. Replacing bearing kit and tested unit. Found noise removed and unit working as designed. Call complete

After further testing I found lidlock internally broken causin* failure. I made repairs with new latch, reset and tested unit, found washer working as designed without leaks or failures call complete"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they had run a load of rugs through their washer and it never drained out and they have not been able to drain out the water since. Did confirm the customers complaint and checked underneath the washer. Found rug debris lined inside of the Tub and drain hose causing a clog. Removed the excess debris and tested the unit. The unit began to drain and operate as designed. Advise the customer against running rugs, blankets, or comforters due to issues balancing and issues such as these. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."
