Arrived on site for washer not turning on. On arrival confirmed issue and found drain pump had failed and caused board to blow up internally. Replaced board w11614514 and pump w11396717. Tested unit and found no leaks and washer working as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling either section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit stopped cooling all of a sudden and has been making certain clicking noises, but has not been cooling. I did confirm that clicking noise coming from the back of the refrigerator, indicating that it was trying to start, but was not starting the compressor. I gained access to the compressor and did not find the compressor. Hot to touch. I replaced the start device and tested the unit. I found the unit working and cooling and operating as designed. I advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. WPW10197428."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making any ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was making I slowly but now it is completely not making ice. I didnt confirm the customers complaint and attempted to jump the icemaker. I found that the motor would not turn. I replaced the icemaker assembly and tested the unit again. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for dryer making a screeching noise during use. Upon arrival confirmed failure and found noise emanating from front bearing seal that had broken from drum. Replacing bearing kit and tested unit. Found noise removed and unit working as designed. Call complete
