Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRFF3336SZ00 that has multiple scratched doors and a broken handle. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customers complaint and found all three doors had been scratched and dinged. I checked with claims due to the age of the machine and was advised the customer initiated service back in December, when they bought it and we have been waiting on parts. I was advised to proceed. I replaced the freezer door W11768039, right-hand refrigerator door W11758577, left-hand refrigerator door W11759022, handle W11758543, and nameplate W11223753 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

"Arrived on-site for a washing machine model WTW4816FW3 that continually drains and won't advance. Inspected unit and the work area. The customer stated that the machine just continually drains and will not advance through any portion of the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found F1 E1 (main control failure) and F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error codes. I checked the pressure hose and did not find any kinks or debris inside of it, causing an issue. I did find that the customer's unit qualifies under a service project to replace the control with parts and labor coverage (W11766193). I replaced the control W11603810 and calibrated the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No leaks were observed during service."

Arrived on site four a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed without any abnormal sounds. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was weak and worn. I checked the basket and found the basket properly attached to the drive shaft. I replaced the suspension rods and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling either section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit stopped cooling all of a sudden and has been making certain clicking noises, but has not been cooling. I did confirm that clicking noise coming from the back of the refrigerator, indicating that it was trying to start, but was not starting the compressor. I gained access to the compressor and did not find the compressor. Hot to touch. I replaced the start device and tested the unit. I found the unit working and cooling and operating as designed. I advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. WPW10197428."
