"Arrived on-site for a washing machine model WTW4816FW3 that continually drains and won't advance. Inspected unit and the work area. The customer stated that the machine just continually drains and will not advance through any portion of the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found F1 E1 (main control failure) and F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error codes. I checked the pressure hose and did not find any kinks or debris inside of it, causing an issue. I did find that the customer's unit qualifies under a service project to replace the control with parts and labor coverage (W11766193). I replaced the control W11603810 and calibrated the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No leaks were observed during service."

I then found pressure hose and air traps still clear, indicating pressure sensor on control is failing. I reported findings to Techline Case# 21679164, and techline agreed that W10372181 control is needed for repairs. Will need findings reported ; ordrng 1 W10372181 (Control)"

Arrived on site four a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed without any abnormal sounds. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was weak and worn. I checked the basket and found the basket properly attached to the drive shaft. I replaced the suspension rods and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling either section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit stopped cooling all of a sudden and has been making certain clicking noises, but has not been cooling. I did confirm that clicking noise coming from the back of the refrigerator, indicating that it was trying to start, but was not starting the compressor. I gained access to the compressor and did not find the compressor. Hot to touch. I replaced the start device and tested the unit. I found the unit working and cooling and operating as designed. I advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. WPW10197428."

I didnt confirm the customers complaint and attempted to jump the icemaker. I found that the motor would not turn. I replaced the icemaker assembly and tested the unit again.
