Arrived on site to test unit for broiler catching on fire. Spoke with customer and he said he believes the broiler is too hot. The broiler did not catch on fire. They had a piece of bread that got to hot. Turned broiler on to 450? let the broiler pre heat put a bread in that the customer wanted to try. Customer put food in after broiler pre heated and the food cooked correctly. Customer was putting the food in while the unit was pre heating. Called Techline and spoke with Techline and nothing is wrong with the oven. Just found inner glass got smoky from food will order new inner glass. Office to reschedule Techline SR#7740462777 tried calling safety and it keep saying we have reached them after hours. Spoke with Susie and tried and nothing. We will need to call safety on return visit ; ordrng 1 WPW10618107 (Inner glass)

"Arrived on site for noise complaint. Diagnosed vibration noise between fan grill and evaporator cover,removed grill,added sealer between fan housing and cover,reinstalled grill added sealer between grill and cover noise no longer present."

Arrived on site to test unit for console not responding correctly. Test unit by turning console and and it wouldnt respond correctly. Turned power off then back on to rest and still not responding. Replaced console test unit and unit test good job complete. Unit pre heated to 350?

"WRF535SWHZ10 Arrived on site for unit making rattling noise. Upon arrival, customer mentioned noise is coming from the freezer. Found fan motor shaft making rattling noise. Proceeded to replace part but found part was not prescreened. Part research is needed for fan motor. Ordering W11024089 part research, WP2169142 fan blade and W11507418 evap motor. No water leaks present at this time. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 WP2169142 (Fan blade) and 1 W11507418 (Evap motor) and 1 W11024089partresearch (Part researc for this model)"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not getting to temp and fan staying on when not in used. Found F3E2 error temp to high. Found shorted sensor will order new sensor 4450026 part. Office to reschedule ; O-emld tckt
