Arrived on site for door not closing correctly. Upon arrival inspected unit and found only right side leg is leveled but left side is only on wheel. Leveled unit and door now closes correctly. Also made adjustment on right side door to make it level with the left. Job complete

Arrived on site to replace humidity sensor. Part was defective and talked to customer about problem and fix problem with out part. No parts used.

Arrived on site to replaced door. Replaced door and name plate. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. Job complete

Removed ice container found impeller spinning on stripped motor shaft also found ripped gasket ordering a new divider,motor,spacer,impeller and gasket ; ordrng 1 W10830274 (Gasket) and 1 WPW10309864 (Divider) and 1 W11671282 (Motor) and 1 WP63052-2 (Impeller) and 1 W11378860 (Spacer)"

Arrived on site for no heat microwave. Customer states its heating but is erratic on items when heating . It will sometimes take multiple times sometimes . Ran diagnostics got 4-4 error code . Ordering humidity sensor . Call to set return; ordrng 1 W10460457 (Humity sensor)
