"Arrived on site for not heating. Upon arrival, test polarity and is correct. Removed rear panel to test heating circuit components. Fount thermostat is OL and all other components are good. Replaced thermostat 279816 and test unit. Unit is operating as designed. Also ran vent test and failed. Advised customer that vent needs to be cleaned. Job complete"
