Arrived on site to test unit for burners not heating. Found all burners were burnt out. Customer stated they all kinda went out slowly and she just never had time to schedule an appointment. Replaced all cooktop burners. Unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed condenser blade(W11193484). Unit now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for condensation building up on vertical mullion. Found about 4 down from top level f cabinet water was present. Temp on arrival in cold spot was 63.3?. Disconnected condenser motor for 25mins and temp only rose to 70?. Contacted Techline with findings and recommended silicone between liner and cabinet. Filled between liner and cabinet with silicone and advised customer to monitor. SR#7740298328

Valve opening and filling properly in service test 97. Replaced ice maker as a precautionary and advised customer to monitor. If issue persists recommend valve and fill tube with heater assembly.
