"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Found fill tube was frozen. Replaced ice maker(W11658802), valve(W11482383, fill tube heater(W11087201) and sealed water line with permagum(212643). Unit completed diagnostics. Advised customer to monitor. No leaks detected. Job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for griddle not getting not enough. Turned griddle on to max(500) and allowed to run for 15mins. Found unit cycling prematurely. Recommending griddle sensor and switch. Rescheduled for 03/24 per customer. No parts replaced at this time. ; ordrng 1 W11319618 (Griddle sensor)

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Customer stated unit gradually stopped cooling. Found no frost pattern on evap. Was unable to engage unit into diagnostics. Replaced control(W11562260) and got compressor to engage. Allowed unit to run for about 15-20 mins with no frost pattern developing. Compressor was running but unable to get an app draw reading. Tapped into access port of compressor and unit had no refrigerant in system. Charged unit with nitrogen gradually from 50psi to 100 psi and when pressure reached 120-130 psi heard slight hissing sound. Shut nitrogen off and was unable to late leak. Charged system back up to 150psi with nitrogen and slight hissing turned into a bigger leak. Found leak coming from above drier where cap tube and steel exit cabinet. Both lines seem secure but used bubble solution to verify leak. Recorded leak with techline and unit is being submitted for review for replacement. SR#7741067036

Arrived on site and replaced capacitor(W11428524). Unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not washing. Found error f7e1(basket speed fault). Found cold valve barely trickling water when open and motor run cap is faulty. Recommend valve and capacitor. Scheduled for 02/24. No parts replaced at this time. ; ordrng 1 W11428524 (Capacitor)
