"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. I've inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that i'm whenever they remove the basket, they can hear water in it and that the unit is leaking water. I did confirm the leaking issue and checked what they were talking about in the bottom of the basket. What I heard was the tub ring liquid inside the basket and did advise them that is normal operation because it acts like a counter balance. I found the leaking issue coming from the inlet valve. I replaced the inlet valve and ran the unit up three quarters full of water. I was able to drain it and found no further leaks detected. I ran the unit through an auto. Test and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11210463."

Arrived on site for a wash machine that has a broken lid lock. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the latch completely detached from the cabinet. Replaced the lid lock assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.
