"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the compressor, dryer, and coupler and ran 120 psi of nitrogen through the system. Found pressures hold. Ran a vacuum on the unit and found pressures hold for 15 minutes. Charge the unit up with refrigerant and found pressure is Steve lies at 135 psi on the high side and 0 psi on the low side. The unit began to corner operate as designed. Advised customer to keep an eye on the unit and to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Customer had the unit unplugged so we plug the unit in. But hit the power button was unable to get the air to come on. Ran the unit into diagnostics and found all the lights come on and start operating as designed. Ran the unit to an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Turned off the unit and turned back on and found all the lights working and the unit able to run a wash cycle. Ran the unit on a normal wash and found the unit starting and operating as designed. Advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found temps at 60/45(rc/fc actual). Found both fans and compressor running. Amp draw was between 0.4-0.6 and would occasionally jump as low as 0.2. Found drier at room temp while compressor was over heated and evap coil had no healthy moister/frost build up. Found unit has a sealed system failure. Will neeed office to reschedule once availability of all parts is known. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not operating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that whenever he tries to start a load, the unit does nothing. Checked voltage at the wall and found proper voltage with the unit idle. Checked the thermal fuse and found it showing continuity. Tested voltage from line one to neutral When they push to start was pressed and found voltage dropped from 124.4 V down to 1.6 V. Tested voltage on the line two side to neutral and found voltage go from 124.4 V to 244 V. Check voltage at the plug and confirmed the same issue. Advise the customer that his problem is an electrical supply issue and will need to be corrected to fix his issue. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dryer that will pop open intermittently throughout the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it doesnt always happen but she will come through her dryer and find that the unit is paused only to find the door open in the middle of the cycle. She did advise that it is not an issue with Her kids or herself. Did verify the issue and found the catch worn but the screws on the hinges not fully seated and screwed in. Fixed the screws and replaced the catch and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.
