Returning parts will be needed. I rescheduled the client for 12/19/25; ordrng 1 W11171119 (Left back burners) and 1 W10911303 (Left back switch) and 1 W11696067 (Control)"

"Arrived on-site for a gas dryer model WGD4950HW2 that is taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does tumble and heat, but she has to run the machine for over 2 hours to dry clothes. She stated that she took the event hose off the backside of the dryer and did not find any lint buildup. I tested the dryer and found the igniter igniting the gas and heat. I found the basket tumbling and found the dryer cycle temperatures but seemed to take a longer than usual to cycle temperatures. I checked outside and found the vent cover completely clogged with lint buildup. I removed the vent hose off the back of the dryer and found temperatures fluctuate properly, indicating the vent cover outside was causing the issue. The unit is working and operating as designed with no gas leaks detected during service, and the customer advised she would get her son to remove it and clean the cover out. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that won't dispense the fabric softener. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the fabric softener won't dispense and they are having an issue with certain loads not cycling through. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E3 (overload) error code. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. The customer had the clothes from the last cycle that didn't not run through and we ran a quick wash on the clothes. I found the unit working and operating as designed and dispensing the fabric softener. I did explain to the customer that the unit needs to have the fabric softener enabled in her rinse options. The customer was unaware that it needed to be selected for it to dispense. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site for an oven that is flashing an F6 E1 (oven reached over 600?F). Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customers complaint and checked resistance evaluate on the oven sensor. I found the oven sensor out of range. I replaced the oven sensor and ran the unit up to 375?F. I found the unit fluctuating between 360?F and 400?F averaging a temperature of 380?F. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete. WPW10181986
