Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts for motor not spinning. Ran two diagnostic cycle with no issues. Verified connections to control were so secure. Unit is currently working as designed. Advised customer to monitor. No parts replaced at this time.

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not staring a cycle. Found F0E2, f5e2, f8e1in diagnostic mode, unit failed to spin. I performed test 3, motor circuit, ohm reading tested good, I replaced ACU, unit would now activate door lock in spin test, but would not spin. Ordering UI console, lower harness, stator, rotor, and door lock. Part used W11322883; ordrng 1 W11314361 (Rotor) and 1 W11557918 (Lower harness) and 1 W11325572 (Console)"

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit having some frost build up in FC. I found a little frost build up near top center of FC. I adjusted FC door to make sure the seal was sealing, it is sealing properly. Also found condenser coils dirty, I cleaned condenser coils, unit tested good."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of ice clumping, found weak water pressure, found filter needed replacing. Freezer temp -3 rc 39 ice maker section 12 degree. She had a filter, I replaced filter, unit tested good. Also instructed customer to clean condenser coils every year."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not heating properly. When I arrived i found UI was blank and not responding. I disconnected all connections from UI and main control, reset breaker, unit tested good. If problem continues will need UI console and main control to be replaced at the same time."
