Arrived on site to test unit for unit not working. Test unit and found unit working as designed at this time. Unit is filling with water and draining no leaks present no water at float. Job complete.

"MVW6230RHW2 Arrived on site for unit flashing F8E1 error. Upon arrival, found F8E1 long fill code stored. Cleared code. Tested both cold and hot water and found pressure on hot valve to be slightly low. Customer will inform builder. Customer also mentioned that even in Cold setting, the pressure entering the tub will be very low. Proceeded to replace W11220230 water inlet valve. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time."

Arrived onsite for washer that won't cycle and door locked. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in. I ran three cycles as the unit unlocked after being plugged back in. The unit completed all three cycles and is now draining as designed. I suspect something got caught in the waterline causing the door to lock and not allow function. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed. NOTE: STACKED UNIT.
