Arrived on site for long fill. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. Ran components test and unit fills properly. Ran a normal cycle and unit fills. Correctly. Instructed customer on how to change fill settings to be able to wash with more water. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for rattling noise. Upon arrival test unit and found noise coming from blower wheel. Removed blower motor for inspection. Found wheel fractured and clicking against housing. Need to replace blower. Replaced blower WPW10350820. Test unit and is operating as des. Job complete

Arrived on site for not heating. Upon arrival test polarity from supply and is good. Inspected terminal block and found wiring incorrect. Corrected connections at block. Ran vent test kit and test failed for electric dryers. Unit continues to not heat. Removed rear panel to inspect heating circuit. Found fractured element. Test all other components and are good. Need to replace element. Replaced element and test unit.unit now operates as designed. Recommend to customer to have vent cleaned and also recommend having vent cleaned annually. Job complete

"Arrived on site for FC not freezing. Products melting. Upon arrival. Compressor, condenser fan and evaporator fan are all operating. Ran diagnostics and all test passed. Removed evaporator cover for inspection. Found solid ice build up at top right corner only. Entire evaporator is frost free. Uploaded picture to SD. Need to order sealed system repair. This is a r134a sealed system unit. Ordering compressor, evaporator, access valve, and uv drier. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11256565 (Evaporator) and 1 W10507884 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (UV drier) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve)"

"Arrived on site for not cooling correctly and frost forming in FC. Upon arrival inspected unit and found evaporator cover covered in ice. Removed Evaporator cover and melted all ice. Ran diagnostics and ran force defrost. Heater is receiving 120v and pulling 1.3 amps , and has a resistance of 90 ohms. Confirmed heater is operating correctly. Test evaporator fan motor and is operating correctly. Test both rc thermistor and fc thermistor. Am getting incorrect reading from FC thermistor. Replaced fc thermistor WPW10384183 and control W11546690. Customer will monitor unit. If issues persist, need to call techline"
