Arrived onsite for unit not igniting. Found unit is functioning. However found RF burner igniter is loose and can potentially fall through cooktop. Ordering RF orifice holder assembly. "Arrived onsite to replace drive components. Disassembled all but could not remove gearcase. Shaft is seized onto basket and tub. Will need to order tub, basket and drain filter for complete rebuild. Also ordering 2 hr time frame. Instructed customer NOT to use unit until repair is complete, unit will leak. Arrived onsite for unit needing drain pump replaced. Replaced and tested. Unit is functioning properly. No leaks present at this time . Job complete

Arrived on site for door not closing. Upon arrival inspected unit and door closed correctly. Ran diagnostics and get error codes F5-E3 door unlock failure. Inspected latch and found latch is broken with a broken harness wire. Uploaded picture to SD. Need to replace latch and harness. Ordering harness and returning with prescreened parts. "Arrived on site for dispenser leaking when using ice or water. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Compressor and both evaporator and condenser fan are running. See dry water marks on Fc dispenser tray. Test water dispenser and water operates correctly. Ice container is empty. Did find water in ice tray mold. Noticed temperature seemed to warm. Ran temperature test and get 56 in RC and 41 in FC. I believe that what ever ice that was made is what leaked from dispenser. Removed evaporator cover and found only partial frost pattern. Need to order R600 sealed system repair. Ordering compressor, uv drier and access valve. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (Uv drier) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve)"
