We have had 2 different service calls from 2 different people. Both repair specialists were kind, good communication and very knowledgeable about the issues with the Whirlpool double oven we are having. Unfortunately it is the Whirlpool range itself that is the problem. The issues we are having are experienced by many! It is a terrible range and I would need to learn to cook all over again to use it. At 75 yrs that is not going to happen, I'd like to get my old single oven Kenmore back! Both Leo and Matthew from your company are outstanding employees and gave us great insight to the range issues. Unfortunately it is just the product and it cannot be changed.

Technician never showed up for service appointment but stated that he did. Was spoken to rudely by the operator and told to purchase a commercial oven if I wanted to cook my Sourdough bread at 500* rude and dishonest associates! Both of these associates need to be retrained on customer service and professionalism in the work place. Wasted an entire day waiting for service that we never received but they sent a receipt with notes stating that they did. Oh! And my 7 month old oven still isn’t working!!

Wesley was very personable and informed me what I needed to do. I thought the appointment was for the morning and he got there at like 1245...but I was home all day anyway so it wasn't really any issue. He called ahead and said when he was going to be there.
